Hi! Loved the video. I’m going to nursing school as a second career. Right now, I am a tech on a medsurg floor and it’s made me realize I don’t want to do anything but NICU. What are things I can do to get into the NICU ASAP? What would be some other second choice nursing jobs I should apply for in case I don’t get NICU?
