He was the hero with Gloo's Model at Advanced Server and he used to swap position with his enemy. But after some changes, his skills all changed. Ngl his Ultimate is insane, everyone can help others with Chip's Portals. For example, I'm playing Clint at Gold Lane and we are facing a 2 versus More situation. Chip can open a portal and teleport Yu Zhong from EXP Lane to help us.

nope. Luoyi can do a surprise attack because it's not a target skill so they can tp on the bush chip ult needs to target a hero and you will know where the ult is.

This new hero is cute, laid-back, and good mobility + durable. My concerns, however, are that this hero is similar to Wrecking Ball (Hammond) from Overwatch. Chip's first skill shield gain is like the combination of Wrecking Ball's Piledriver (slams ground) + Adaptive shield ability (gains extra shield depending on the number of surrounding enemies). His second skill is similar to Wrecking Ball's Grappling claw which gives a speed boost that enables both of them to hit enemies & knock them back. And finally, the animal pilot, both are manned by animals and how both are laid-back or confident with their mechs. Let's just hope that the worst-case scenario of Blizzard catching Moontoon's new hero and sue them for it will not happen soon. Looking forward to trying this support/tank as well. Feel free to share opinions. 🙂

@@kylesenshi2309 Haya can also be a good candidate, although I just saw Saber as a better fit since Haya throws kunai instead of ninja stars or shurikens, which Saber has on 1st skill. Also, Genji's Swift Strike is a single dash much like Saber's. Otherwise, both their ults are perfect for Dragonblade. Either way, I'll still buy these skins if made possible by Moonton.

Actually it's similar to Hoopa's Unite move in Pokémon Unite where he can summon teammates anywhere in the map since Hoopa is a Legendary Pokemon that can create Dimension through his rings. There's also an option if you wanted to join in the clash or not when Hoopa opens up the portals.

Passive: franco, kadita, khufra but 5 seconds 1st skill: hylos but every marked hero 2nd skill: aulus Ult skill: luo yi but can teleport everyone and back, mathilda but whole map Special skill: cyclone but at 4 point, arrival but doesnt need to wait for long cd and does not need friendly wards/minions

Hero suggestions.!..... We currently only lack tank assassin and marksman support combo roles so I thought I make a euggestion Marksman support hero, she carries like an inhection gun, she is robotic Passive she shoot enemies with injection and gains mana or special mana to use her skills.. Some form of conv3rsion of mana to maybe percent converter to hp or movement speed or even healling effr3cteffr3ct 1st skill.. Dashes into a teammate and injects healing consuming all her passive mana and the more it is filled the high3r heal and proVide movement speed to her and the ally locked and dashed towards and can dash back in the joystick direction simmilar to brody 2nd skill gets a shotgun and fures in front in a fan shape knocking herself back qnd the enemies also removing all projectiles hit.. Ult chargee licke kimmy and fires, enemy hit will swap hp with her... Tank assassin hero Lppls like a helcurt or atlas like monster locked with like and egyptian coffin with chains and an orb in the c3nter Passive IDK but involves the orb that binds him or she or it 1st skill absorbs dammage and convert it to defense 2nd skill leaps in the air and pull to a center for a shot duration Ult fills up when passive orb is filled by taking damage, enough damage and be able to unlock the orb converting hybrid defense to percent resillence or movement speed. Taping on the skill knocks enemies around the asterisk shape back and stuns otherotheroutside the asterisk inside the circle New 1st skill Dashes towards enemy heroes dealling massive dammage and can be reset if kills 2nd skill binds enemy with chains and aoe aoeskill and blows up with death dealing another aoe dammage Ult gets the orb power back wrapping it back to the tank qnd slows nearby enemies The ult is very short duration

I think the ult is a bit too OP for contestting the lord or the trutle i think the best way too nerf it with it being bad is to teleport to the chips portal you can only use the 4 beacons around the map instead a portal spawning beside your allies

It lacks a vital CC like stun or airborne to make him at least hold the position of the enemy for awhile while waiting for his team to arrive, once the ult activates, the enemy has already flickered away from the portal hence making gank likely to be unsuccessful

Truly, this hero is a menace in the early stages of the game. However, once the late game starts and the enemies start to move together the ultimate can be a double edged sword since you will only expect the enemy to come mainly on the teleport area but who knows, it is a team fight afterall

Seems super op, but I can see your team getting wiped a lot after teleporting at the wrong time / place. Tigreal seems like a good counter stun locking the area around the teleporter

No element of surprise means it's a double edge sword, either u wipe them out or they wipe you out...meanwhile Luo yi teleport everyone inside a Bush unnoticed for ez wipe out or lord/turtle steal or even atk enemy base if its unguarded
