I really do love hognoses they’re so fun and active

They are awesome snakes and make great pets for sure. I hope you get one soon and can see how awesome they are for yourself and have one to enjoy as well. I have mine set up in custom enclosure that mimics its natural environment. I film all my critters and i have quite a few from giant monitors to tiny spiders if you ever want to check them out on here feel free. Thanks man for the sub! Yeah editing is fun but man sometimes it’s a chore. But once you start you get going. I think of it like working out. The hardest part is getting your ass to the gym!

@@mightymorphingreptiles I can honestly say you are on the right path with that! I believe Frank would agree. Like you, I prefer a proper enclosure where you can just behold those creations, nevertheless, I love what you did. It stilll has much enrichment for them to be stimulated. And when one sees that effort, dude it's clear you care for them. You don't see them like most people (monetary value) but more than that. Their well being. Their senses being used. I picked up this tip too and I'll share with you and anyone who reads it, if you haven't done this already... Once in a while I'll go outside and pluck a branch off a shrub or a few leaves or twigs from outdoors and drop it in my hognose enclosure and boy it does wonders. It's like catnip for Hognoses. He was inspecting that thing for nearly an hour. Lots of tongue flicks, just embracing those objects. You see they come with all the smells from outdoors so it turns his senses into the 4th of July! An overload of odors for him. It's like he took a roadtrip without leaving.
