Fun fact I had a dream with this song in it (does anyone else dream with music or just me?) and I woke up and was like “OMG I need to find where I heard that and do a tutorial” and I couldn’t remember what it was called or anything. Then I saw some subscribers suggesting a tutorial for New Home so I listened and was like THATS THE SONG FROM THE DREAM. Guess you could say you guys make my dreams come true lol

First of all, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS TUTORIAL! I’m a beginner so it’s a little challenging, but I’m pretty sure I’ve got all the chords down on my left hand and I know most of the right. I’m still working on putting the two together, but with this amazing tutorial I’m sure I’ll get it soon :) thank you again! 💕

One of my fave songs so i wanted to learn this masterpiece. i learnt all the right hand - left hand pieces but i just have a really hard time playing them together 😢 Your tutorial is very helpful thank you so much but any advice on how to play with both hands without pausing like 30 seconds? 😭

Hey hey!! Good job on learning the right hand part!😊😊 for putting them together, I recommend practicing each hand separately for a long time before putting both together. Then when you go to put them together, try and do it super slow section by section. Hope that helps🩷

Awww thanks!!! For the pedal it generally follows your left hand in this song, so whenever you change to the next part in your left hand (even repeating the same chord) you lift off the pedal and push back down. You can play around with the pedal and see how you like it but I hope that helps 💜

Do you use the pedal at all while playing this? If so, when?

Hey yes I use the pedal for this song, generally the pedal will follow the left hand, so when I’m doing one part of the left hand I push down on pedal, then lift and push immediately down right as I begin the next left hand part. Hi, I have a problem. Your videos are wonderful but I have a 61 keys piano and it doesn’t sound as well as it seams on the video, it only happens with the left hand. Hey there! There are a couple factors that could be affecting your sound. One thing is maybe because it’s your type of keyboard sound, or it could be how smooth the left hand is, which will get better the more you practice the song.

Do you have any tips of songs I should learn first? I used to take piano lessons a couple years ago but honestly it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience so I don’t remember much, and I want to play songs like this but they’re still too difficult for me

Hey! I feel you on the piano lessons, I struggled with it a bit myself. My advice is to learn to play specific songs first and enjoy playing them and eventually you’ll fall more and more in love with it. This song here is a great beginner one. B flat is the one where there are 3 black keys together, it’s the one all the way on the right. And the regular B is the white one right next to it
