I feel that my U Trainer compliments other workouts like Calisthenics and Kettlebells. Especially for smaller muscle groups. But without having that negative force, it is just an odd missing component.

It's a piece of junk. I'm one of those unfortunate backers of this junk! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Their customer service is the worst ever. They didn't care about anyone during the campaign. They didn't care about anyone asking for a refund. The unit is cheaply made. That backrest thing came with ripped on the side. An A4 paper is thicker than the material they used for it. App you asked? Even a kid would have made a better app than that. It is also supposed to control the tension of the motor but whatever you set, it's not changing anything. So you have to do it yourself with the knob. It's a junk. But the worst part of it is the customer service and the whole team behind it. Also, they promised to deliver back in December. But I received it last week. There are people still waiting for this junk. so, Stay away from Unitop and everything they will make in the future.
