We get the birds in for one trap train this morning and also trail my new home made bird feeder, seems like it needs a few more mods but i think it is going to work just fine!

I think you're living maney ( sorry about the pun) of our dreams, lovely bright, sunny weather, and a good set of birds which I think will be out before the weekend depending on your work days this week. I wouldn't send the last young ones you bred amongst the first birds out though as they will sit on the top of the loft most of the time as you saw yesterday on the trap training. Thanks again for the update.

I think the green is great - they'll associate it with food so the landing board will be like a big bright diner sign.

Consider a place for yourself in inclement weather for shade , rain, and viewing chairs . A day picnic type shade shelter. Maybe some gravel path, around loft. A cabinet with health supplies and safe sealed food and office type 5 Gallon water bottle. Few maintenance items. And rigid or foldable overhang to keep yourself dry. You've got to be happy too .

Just a thought. Would having one side entrance, and other one exit, and the indoor platform able to fold up on hinge to close both as security. They'll have to trap each time they go outside.

I would say you have to be more more strips when you are feeding them. To better tame them only feed the ones that due come back inside the loft thru the trap door and as you further go with training them the ones who do not come back inside the loft when you call them to eat will be super hungry which will help them learn that they need to come back inside when they are out loft flying or they will be left hungry.

In fact, sir, you are the best pigeon breeder you have seen, and according to me, the piece that you made to feed the birds, you need another piece similar to the one you brought, and for the egg that you found, you must bring the nest bowl and box in order to know the husbands and isolate them in breeding boxes like the husbands that you have in the house and please, sir. We want you to download more than two clips per day and another question from which country you are, thank you

Superb ! Training going very well. Maybe you can consider some colored cloth post next to the loft. As landmark to register or imprint as vast open barren land everywhere. Except the two trees. Only that you loose lesser birds....

Good luck my dear friend If you want to take the birds out in order to fly, take them out at sunset, that is, half an hour before sunset, so that the bathroom does not go far for a week, after which I take out the bathroom from early in the morning at seven in the morning, that is, one hour after sunrise I wish you success, my dear brother Greetings to you from Iraq

Very nice video again! Trap training easy 😀 good idea to let them out in the big aviary for a few hours. If you open up the upper aviary your pigeons can choose to go in either one of both. Try that for a couple of weeks and i am sure it will work out! I like your patience in handling your pigoens👍 To bad one of my old birds did not return from a loft flight last thursday 😕 after 15 years of racing and flying around my loft....!? So a loss is always possible.

I love the updates. And I highly suggest you make feeders from PVC gutter pipes! Works truly amazing and you can perma spray paint them and not worry about your wood rotting at any time. I'm very excited to see them fly, would it be possible to do a live stream? Maybe you can let everyone know a date and time if you do want to do a live stream :D

Kurt just to put you in the picture. when I make a comment it’s because I have 20yrs plus of racing pigeons from 100mls to 500mls. with great results in club. Federation and combine With only 12 widowhood cocks. it is a full time job and had to give mine up due to work commitments.it’s not a easy sport to master even to this day I am still learning. But if I can give some advice that will be helpful that will do me. I no that my system of flying young and old birds might not work for you but it might give you a bit of insight as to how difficult this sport is and how time consuming it is if you want to make a go of it it’s like having a second job in between the job you already have.
