This setup is very good for business...but staying here would be really challenging. Consider building rooms in upstairs that will solve all the below mentioned comments. I just put myself in your shoes and have shared this feedback. Hope you understand.. Kindly don't take it negative aspect. Especially when guest are coming if the kids are sleeping in the hall it will be disturbance for them and inconvenient for others too . And as tintu is growing to change dress you will need an additional room when you have others (guest)around you. Rest room outside will be hard to access during nights and on rainy days Consider putting a shed in the backside to prevent from excess sunlight during summer The place where you have the switces/electrical fixtures for the softener kindly close them like a box type(PVC) Consider putting a stone for washing clothes

Amazing add on for your business development- staying here with little ones - not a great idea, without rooms for changing and having bathroom outside is my 2 cents

Too less is also less,house looks good but practically u hv invested so much in kitchen,and in the other house u have fully furnished,now not even toilet inside the house is seems to be kind of bad planning,lack of clarity if u want to use this place for gardening and cloud kitchen ideally would be good plan,now its mixture of both,exploring is good but in this modern days without toilet , or a room is must even for a dress change . Dont feel bad...its my opinion

Hi Sunitha. Its a very beautiful space for a cloud kitchen. May not work out for a permanent living with family. While it is your personal decision, pls do consider that having proper restrooms and bathroom inside the house, bedrooms and some space for the child to study or do her work is equally important. If you feel the outside play area is better here, you could bring the children here a couple of times a week in the evening and play. I live outside india, own a house with a huge outdoor space. My children do enjoy playing there but its only upto a certain point. After that, they want to engage in other crafts or play activities, go for classes and engage with many children,, go to parks and play with other kids etc. We are moving back to india this year for this sole reason. So i am just telling you, as children grow even a year older, perspective starts shifting. Kindly consider this aspect as well. Hope i dint interfere in your personal choices. Just a thought for suggestion.

Aesthetically, it is very pleasing, and the whole place will look more beautiful once the full garden setup is complete. BUT....bulk cooking kitchen is exposed to the elements. Sun and rsin. How will you manage. ALSO, the bathroom is outside, not a good idea, especially when there are females in the house,not safe,especially at night. Chickoo, too, may need to use the restroom in the middle of the night. When it rains, you have to get wet to reach the bathroom. When you earn more,construct an exclusive living space on the first floor. For a studio kitchen, it is DAMN GOOD,but not as a living space.

Hi Sunitha ❤ Congrats on your new home...❤ I would like to suggest that you close the top of ur back space as during rains, it might be difficult to use the bathroom and also for safety reasons during nights. My opinion would be that you use this space in the day and go back to your old home for the nights. U can treat this as an office and simultaneously let the kids play during days and go back home at nights. Shoots, orders, editing etc. keep it here and go back to home for sleep. Clothes, bath, bed can all be at old place. It will safe space and less hassle for you.Of course, it's ur decision. This is just my suggestion. And I loved ur pantry space❤ Take care ❤❤❤❤

Sunitha you can plan for a duplex type house with one bedroom and attached toilet,to use particularly in the nighttime,safety is important You can also put an overhead sheet in the front for car parking.

For studio or for youtube professional work u can simply go for it but fir daily staying tat too with two kids its not possible to be in small space because u have been in a duplex home with 3 bhk so this wont be comfortable to keep our daily appliance itself just think without washing machine, fridge, sofa and wadrobe no one can survive its basic needs. We live in a studio room with two lil boys and with no washing machine and lesser appliances. To be very precise it has strengthened our bond and we’ve made lovely memories here. I wish you guys the same and more!

Sweet home for the sweet girl! Just my thoughts. Car parking needs shade, plants and trees need good sunlight. The plants on the sides of the house would get only few hours of sunlight because of the building shadow. You could have planned a covered parking on the side and front space for trees and kids play area. Or, the plants and kids play area totally at the back and the building plus side car park in front. Utility, kids and plants all in one space would have been convenient . In your current setup, you can fix some arch and grow creepers to provide shade for car parking. Ground floor hardly gets air flow, esp when living in city. First floor is good for living room, more aeration and light. Think about it. .. Also, put a gate and lock the cylinders. Washing machine is tough to let go. You can try ammikal and aattukal. They are healthy and a good excercise too. Also try rain water harvesting, solar etc to build a self sustainable home.

Hi Ka.... A small suggestion from my end. This house is cute and compact one. Well planned. However i wish you continue stay in that home on week days since your sister home also constructed.. You all will have perfect family time .. At the same time on week ends, when tintu is on leave and when you have order booking, those times , you all can stay here.. It will be of good feeling like farm house... End of the day its your decision ka.. We will surely respect that... We have also lived in "that house" from the time its constructed thru your vlogs, we all attached to that home ka... We will miss it for sure.. ❤❤❤❤❤

The bathroom is outside.it is not safe and especially in rainy season.the gas pipeline is outside.it should be covered otherwise rats can bite the pipe line.the treatment plant is kept in the open.it would be safe it is covered in hot and rainy season.the Iron staircases can rust in the long run .just gave suggestions.

The hard water to soft water is now a trend in India among the wealthy. To make it more affordable: Buy individual filters for lesser price. Set it up for kitchen and shower use. This way the kitchen is free from hard water damage and cookware stains. In the shower you can bathe in soft water. This way your nails skin and hair is safe. This one is a huge one for 58K INR. It will supply soft water throughout the house. You don't need that much and for kitchen and bathroom it's enough. As for the bathroom being outside of the house I am very skeptical. Bathrooms should be inside the house. When it rains it will be difficult to use at night. Or when sick.

You can plant trees/flowering plants in rainy season so that the plants will grow healthy and fast. If u plant in summer, plants wont grow and watering will be issue. U can plant few climbers/flowers pots for time being. Later yourl can replant on soil.

It’s a compact home and very kid friendly. But one suggestion is to probably have a room in the first floor with an attached bath. Unlike in the past, It’s practically not easy and safe to use bathroom in the backyard..

Invertor and fridge should not be kept in closed space. Especially invertor should be kept in half open air where sun or rain wouldn't come. This is ultra safety reason. And we also don't keep 2 cylinders together near by.
