New Horizons Majestic 2021

Walk thru of the interior of our 2021 New Horizons Majestic. This is a custom built 43' 5th wheel that is our primary residence. After fulltiming for 22 years and owning three other custom RVs, this is our latest build. If someone was interested in a New Horizons and did not want to wait the 18 months for a build, we would consider selling this one (assuming the floorplan worked for you).

I personally got to see the inside of your rig when we went to visit New Horizons factory and visited with Cole in Junction City. They were just finishing up your rig. I love the contemporary look of your rig. I love the floor plan although we would have added a 1/2 bath to make it look more like the DRV Houston floor plan which you obviously enhanced (in a very good way). Kudos to your rig!! Love it.

Not fine enough control over heat. A 240volt unit would improve on that, though.

@@JackMayer Ahh, ok. My home has an Induction(240v) and it's awesome. Has 20 steps in temp I think. When will you do the outside and storage areas. Can't wait to see what you did there!

You said this isn’t your first New Horizons . How is the resale value on your previous rigs . We have a 2020 Majestic and love it .

Residual value has always been above average, compared to other RVs. At least in our experience. But it is still not an "investment", but a depreciating asset - and should be viewed as such.

What is the purchase price of something like this? Thanks. Trying to compare to equal units.

It is a custom unit, so it would depend on what YOU wanted in it. But on a Majestic figure on an average of about $5700/ft for most people. It can be done for less, but not much less. A Summit would be less than that, of course. A Summit compares well (price wise) with a Luxe or a DRV. A Majestic does not really have any comparison to a production unit - it would only be compared to a Spacecraft 5th wheel. (not the semi).

Are you able to record with a better camera so the video isn’t shaky?

Interesting that it is a little shaky in sections....I took a look at the original video and it is not shaky like that. Not sure what causes it but I might reprocess it and repost it. But probably not - I'm not trying to be a film maker....but I will look more into it for future videos.
