When Brian and Brandon post house tour blogs and stuff related to new house, it motivates me to do everything in my power to try and be successful in the near future and get myself a house like the ones they show

the house is awesome. And on the house comparison, I couldn't agree more. I'm in New Zealand and the price of the houses here are crazy high and you only get small tiny home. I always compare the house here to there

Ofc in La Jolla there expensive af due to the beach being close by, thats where all the boujee ppl live. You can find something decent in other cities of SD, including Poway.

Don't rush the decision. You and rug always rush the buyings of the houses and always end up selling them in a few months

As well as making sure you have the outdoor section that you want because a custom brawadis basketball court would be sick along with a nice ass pool and some nice landscaping.❤

You are so right with the different price markets in states. In Florida, renting ALONE for a 2 bd apartment is expensive compared to other states! Thank you for sharing that! Not a lot of people like to show comparisons.
