I watched your previous video on the update. You guys were wondering why there’s so much space in the middle of the HMMVW interior. It’s for if a turret was mounted on top the person operating it would have room. Most HMMVWs have big radios/gps systems in the front middle that takes up a lot of that space too.

Yes & no.. all humvees have tunnels, but not all humvees have turrets. It is like that because the drive train & frame up in there. Giving them more ground clearance & Lower center of gravity. they are made wide to accommodate for that taken up space.

the added width in the center is for the driveline to be sucked up into the body for ground clearance. with planetary hubs and CV axles that spin backwards, the entire drivetrain is tucked up higher than the frame components so that you can slide the chassis over debris or obstacles without damaging the components. it is the reason why the humvee is capable of climbing 24 inch tall "stairs"

@@lowerstandards1740 they did that for lower centre of mass which they could do because a main design element was for it to fit in a standard track width so it could use the same tracks to reduce threat of landmines and ieds

@@chasetaylor4298 yes I know, lower center of gravity like I said lol. & yes, wheel base width. Vehicle doesn't have to be wide to have a wide wheel base. Cabin is wide to accommodate tunnel. Wheelbase is wide to match heavies.

I've been playing Livonia with two other friends getting use to the entire northern portion of the map. The far south is where I've spent all my time on that map as it's great for nomadic hunting.

Found one on official with my buddy, the front windshield saved my buddy from a shotgun blast, we even had time to safely exit the humvee while getting peppered with small arms and not worrying about it. Also just an fyi for anyone else who finds one, it doesn't seem to like it when you start in gear, so start it in neutral. And if it seems like it doesn't want to move after starting it in neutral and putting it in drive, shut it off and back on and it seems to fix it.

I've noticed this behavior as well. If you're even on a slight incline, shit rolls backwards even when in D. They need to fix that asap.

Needs more torque on the bottom end. Easy to get stuck on a small hill if not already moving.

How you turn the hand brake off I got this issue after collision or hitting something brake activate itself and I need to start a car again to be able drive again? 🤷‍♂️

one of the modders had a licensed Kawasaki Mule, 2019 model. you could add a barrel and a sea chest to it (which did appear visually in the bed) and i always had a shovel in the headache rack, because that's what my grandfather keeps in his old honda side-by-side!

Standard battery, and instead of a spark plug, it takes the new “glow plug”, seeing as it’s a Diesel engine.

I hope there will be a bug fix soon. the lobster still causes many problems. don't climb mountains. the gears do not work properly and the trunk could be bigger. way too small

if you didn't know the reason why every M1025 looks the same its because that's how the M1025s are manufactured in real life, being one of the only vehicles in dayz to be accurately named according to its real counterpart.
