NEW INK DAY: Sailor 50 States Montana & Nebraska

In today's video, I am swatching the newest pair of inks in the Sailor 50 States line: Montana and Nebraska! Do you have any particular ties to either of these states? How do you feel about the ink colors?
I purchased these inks from Pen Chalet with my own money!
Someone in the comments of the last video asked if this was my original map or if this is the new map: This is the new/redone map. The original got thrown away. :( But it looks like I might need to recolor a few of the states. I colored a lot of these with a dip pen, and I don't think it did the colors much justice.

Nebraska Cornhuskers "Go Big Red" ! University of Nebraska colours are red and cream. Probably a great choice.

Quite proud as a Canadian who hasn’t had to memorize the 50 states since junior year high school, that I still knew Rhode Island!

I drank SO much Kool-aid. SO MUCH. I also colored my hair with it. Fruit Punch was a favorite for both. 🤣

Unwanted Advice Alert! Get a Tombow sand eraser and rub it over the part you are going to colour in before you do it. Will sort the hand oils. Also works with sticky note schmutz.

I live in Nebraska and expected red. The Kool Aid is just a memory and no one cares. But the UNL football team is the Cornhuskers, their color is red, every child knows the fight song where you yell Go Big Red at the end, and during football season nearly everyone wears red, including store clerks, etc.

I hate the new sticker sticky crap the old stuff used to just stick to the item that ws being stuck and when you removed it it either went along with it or was easier to come off and or they couldnt be removed because they were permipressed into the product but this is 2024 people get with it and the sticker properties ... I just use goodgone for getting the goop off of things it works really well and its not too carrosive :)
