WOOOOO My Troublemaker Inks finally arrived!!! I swatch these plus some PenBBS Inks from another recent Vanness order and some more Sailor Ink Studio and Lennon Tool Bar Samples from Yoseka Stationery.

Congrats on finally getting your Troublemaker inks! Milky Ocean is one of my all-time favorites. Multi shading inks are popular right now, but so many of them are not readable in a pen. But all of the Troublemaker inks I’ve tried are very readable. I’ve never tried any Pen BBS inks.

PenBBS also has some great inks! These are the first ones I’ve gotten myself - I’ve gotten samples that I’ve either purchased or received from friends!

I'm glad you finally got your Troublemaker inks!! They are so beautiful. I'm the same as you when ordering inks. I put a bunch in my cart, then delete a bunch in a sudden wave of guilt and rationality because honestly I already have more than enough ink to last for this lifetime and my next 3 incarnations, and then when the package arrives I get to be surprised. I love this hobby!

Thank you!! Sometimes I like to add every single thing I want to a cart just to see how much it would cost. And then I laugh, and take a bunch of it out or close the window and move on to the next thing. 😂 it’s too fun though, especially samples. I’ve said it before, but I think buying the stuff is a separate hobby from using it 😂😂

yay! the troublemaker inks are beautiful, so glad they arrived! especially love sea glass and petrichor. Also, pleased you like sailor # 650 as much as I do :D

Ooh i don’t think my reply went through, but thank you again for recommending 650! I may have a bottle on the way lol. I’m trying to decide if i can write a pen out by September if I ink it with some of the new troublemakers 🤔

I am in love with all of the Troublemaker Inks! They are just so pretty and unique. And I love the Sailors too. There are so many different purples and none of them match! 🙈😹 Swatch videos are the best. Thanks for sharing! I’m glad Troublemaker didn’t turn into Hippo Noto. 😹✒️💜🤍🖋

I’m glad none of them match because i have so many 😂😂 I’m so happy the troublemakers showed up! I can’t believe they’re here and I can’t wait to get them in pens! Hippo Noto will show up ... eventually 😂

You got these Lennon Tool Bar inks just in time, these first two are sold out now. Sailor 650 dries lighter too. I like it too. Wow...653! I’m a sucker for magenta. Well I’ll have to finish watching later. Thank you for the inky goodness! Hope your summer is going well!

Wish more of #401 would have been shown but I guess this was really a trblmkr ink review. Such an awesome color-changer ink by Penbbs....

I keep checking and check for the TMKR inks site to open up again: I need that Kelp Tea so bad! And the Petrichor. And Sea Glass. Ok, fine, all of them! 😩

I think they have a mailing list you can sign up for to notify you when they come back, also scope out Shigure Inks - they sometimes get them in. I think the area where TMKR is located was hit hard by super strict covid lockdowns-I don’t know if that’s still in effect or not, but I hope we see more from them this year!!

@@inksplat yes, I’m signed up for all the mailing lists with multiple email addresses 😂 I think you’re def right about the lockdowns, and of course everybody should be safe, so I’ll continue to wait, as patiently as possible!

I like a lot of these colors, muted shades are the ones I’m most drawn to. Figures they aren’t easy to find!

Their beautiful!! I’m not sure where you are In the world, but sometimes you can find the inks available in Europe. I know the pandemic has really messed with everything, including availability. It’s a bummer. :(

Hello from Vermont! How have you been? So fun to see some fabulous interesting inks. Love that kelp tea! Ooh, and the abalone! The petrichor is fantastic too. That sweet spot on your glass pen gets lost to you for the same reason I’d lose it; we twirl pens when we pause writing. Haha! Love the foxglove too!! I need to break my twirl habit. It’s annoying when I’m trying to get out a stream of consciousness that’s suddenly started to flow. 🙃 Does Sailor do any iron gall inks do you know? I like Penbbs 401. Very neat. I agree 404 is fabulous. Love, love Firmament!

It’s hard not to twirl the glass pen because you almost have to as the channels run out of ink, but oh well. 😂 I don’t know if they have any iron gall inks but they do have a few pigmented options that are supposed to be more permanent ... a black (kiwa-guro), a blue (sei-boku) and a blue-black (souboku).

I'm a Filipino. 1 Year later I still find it hard to get my hand onto these inks LOL! I'm thinking about traveling to Cebu to go to their ink bar hahaha

Have you tried Private Reserve Ebony Purple? It is a very dark purple.

This was magnificent & heartbreaking all at once! 💔 😭 I've kicked myself 3 million times for not picking up any Troublemaker inks.😣 Then again, I wasn't really in a position to get any at the time.🤷🏻‍♀️ Sooo....Manda's Ink Reference Guide & Inkcyclopedia, do you think/know if they'll come back??? Tell me you've got a hook-up with the Ink Gods! 🙏🏻😂🤣😂 And that Pen BBS #404 - Nightfall is a stunner! 💜

I think they’re selling only to retailers now I’ve heard. You can get them overseas. Shigure sells them in the us but they’re out. I think you can sign you for tmkr email list though
