Well spotted, she was sold as fire opal moonlight crystal, with clear fin.

00:43 happens the same here in Chile, the shipping box is bigger than the figurine box and they dont put any padding

I've noticed it too. Swarovski's shipping boxes now seem to come with just a couple of bigger plastic air bubbles, which is usually fine because their packaging is pretty well designed, but some of the designs are just so fragile it's not enough. I've also heard people say that this year's Annual Edition Ornament, for example, has a new type box which seems cheaper quality. It's cheap-flation: Swarovski has upped their prices (apparently in a strategy to attempt to become a luxury brand) but the cheaper packaging is not a good sign.
