Made the drive down to NJ to boat fish with Brennan and Dave for a couple days hoping to find some big bass feeding on bunker. It would turn out to be some of the best striper fishing Ive seen, and somehow with almost no other boats around. hey its better than a handline haha. I dont often use the ugly stik but seemed the right fit for this. Bunker bass certainly dont require any finesse. Just heavy slugging power. But yes where are the sponsors!

Been fishing with ugly stiks for years. Have zero complaints. Extremely durable especially for the money. Pair a good reel with them and good to know. No shame in it

@@ryanahern259needs to post 2 videos a week. That’s the only difference between him and the other guys. What I can’t understand is how there’s people with like 40-50k subs and their full time KZfaqrs. Not sure why Seamoney can’t do the same. Dude needs to put more adds in his videos. Believe me I hate adds but for the CC I like watching I don’t mind.

SOOO many asshammers on the salt, especially when on the boat. I had a guy in a 42’ steam right past me throwing a 4’ wake while I was drifting and into a nice fish. Nearly knocked me over and shifted everything on the boat. Guy just kept on going, it’s always an adventure out there lol.

Awesome footage. Great job getting into those cows. Respect for keeping your distance. Boaters were being a big nuisance earlier this month in the quiet brackish waters buddies and I were catching stripers at. They were getting their boats right on top of the stripers less than a block away from where I was casting. I was seeing stripers sometimes busting in areas only boats had access to, but these guys still came close in.

I went on the gambler and we killed them in that same exact spot. The whales were there also and we saw huge bluefin tuna as well. I heard of them coming in close but I’ve never seen BFT leas then a mile off the beach like that.

They’re quite a bit different… I love both fisheries but NJ has the X factor black and red drum and the Cobia’s. Having those species present makes the season much more interesting. Another big difference is the anglers. Truth is NJ has some of the best anglers on the east coast, while ri is kind of not so much. And the habitat.. big difference between north and south nj, and to ri. Lots more hard bottom and rocky shores in ri so tends to make for more abundant resident stripers, seabass tog and fluke

@@ChrisMcIntee I don’t like keeping them much but it was going to die I didn’t have proper pliers and the treble was in his gills, not a fan of double treble hooks much. Went out on a boat and got some jumbos early in the month. It has been a good fall so far, I’m finally learning to move around more and scope out spots rather than just blind cast a random beach.
