GIRL! I’m so glad you’re checking in with yourself about your running base! I’m in a similar situation. I injured myself after a half marathon last year and after months of PT with no improvement I had an MRI and found out I’ve got a labral tear. 😭 I’ve researched nonsurgical interventions and it’s all about strength training and weight lifting. I’ve prioritized lifting heavy and targeting core and glutes and just started running small bits again and I feel SO STRONG! It makes me want to run longer but I know it’ll set me backwards and I have to focus on the base. Weight lifting has changed my life and my fitness. Cannot recommend it enough! Proud of you!

I get dry needling in my jaw and neck , so i understand how it feels ! But it really helps in the long term :) Hope it helps for you x

Your videos are brilliant.I made a order for Ashwagandha to see what these can bring I be running my 14th London Marathon,my last fastest time was 3:22'51 in 1992 the previous year dipped under 5.I am 59 now so my aim is to improve on my times for my age.Your videos have helped with my long runs and really feeling the benefits.
