The change was a good decision. As impressive as the technology would have been, a more immersive ride that can easily sit alongside forbidden journey and transformers 3d as the Premier attractions is what this part of the park needed. I chuckled at the gyrosphere in the ride thats crashed and burned. Twas a fun nod to the original plans.

If Universal is creating rides like this and VelociCoaster... I can't even begin to imagine some of the things we'll see in EPIC Universe. I'm starting to feel like all the rumors haven't even scratched the surface. I really wish I could've experienced this Jurassic World attraction in person knowing nothing about it. Seems like it would have been a truly unbelievable experience.

I'm hoping so. Considering Universal's recent track record, I have high hopes for that park, but there are also some concerning signs. The Kung Fu Panda attraction at Beijing is really bad. It looks worse than something Motiongate would produce.

@@darkinetix Yeah for sure, though I definitely think Universal is moving away from this. There must have been some change in who makes decisions because the last 3 years of Universal attractions have been incredible.

This is finally, FINALLY, since 1993, the Jurassic ride of my DREAMS 😍😍😍. This is what I wanted the original Jurassic Park attraction to be (we got the river adventure), then when Animal Kingdom opened its what I wanted Dinosaur (then Countdown To Extinction) to be, and well, we know what happened there. Please, Please, PLEASE Universal bring this amazing attraction to the U.S. parks. I don't care what attraction gets sacrificed to make room for it, or make a special Jurassic expansion in Epic Universe. Just make it happen!!!

The ride looks amazing, but it would be better if it includes some of that awe moment in the beginning where we could see some herbivores. The ride should start like a peaceful safari tour before it descends into the chaos

I thought Spider-Man and Indiana Jones were the peak of dark ride innovation, but this ride might just top both of them. It seamlessly combines screens with physical sets, practical effects, and impressive animatronics while keeping the screens to a minimum. And yes, this ride is much more innovative than Rise of the Resistance. I’m seriously blown away by this masterpiece

This is one time I would be completely okay with universal cloning a ride for another park! 👍 hope this comes to any of the US parks; it could definitely feel at home in Hollywood (if they could find the space...!) but if not at Epic Universe then even at Islands Of Adventure it would feel quite at home. You can never have too much Jurassic....

I usually try to avoid things until I can ride it for myself, but since I doubt I’d be going to Beijing anytime soon, I went into the ride footage anyway with low expectations. Was not expecting the chase scene along with the other impressive effects and now I wish I could just forget it, though at the same time, we might not ever get this in the USA parks. Either way, this definitely blew me away just as much as Rise of The Resistance did. XP

I hate to say it. but i think a lot of people would agree. getting rid of kong for this would be acceptable. unfortunately kong throws off the vibe of islands of adventure. i could also see it where currently camp jurassic sits.

I think a gyrosphere ride with augmented reality on the glass of the sphere could be the most immersive dark ride yet.

the first video i ever watched about universal studios beijing was a POV of jurassic world adventure. for a while, that was the only ride i knew that newest universal park had, until i watched the theme park history of despicable me: minion mayhem, in which i learned the park opened with the ride and also featured super silly fun land like the hollywood park does. however, their version is indoors and also has a rollercoaster that makes me think of the one the girls forced gru to ride with them in the first despicable me movie

Jurassic World Adventure is like a combination of the spider man ride at Universal's Islands of Adventure and Dinosaur at Disney's Animal Kingdom. That's really cool and Universal Studios Florida or Hollywood should have a ride like this.

They should honestly replace Kong Skull Island with this once that ride starts getting older and isn't as much of a draw. Would fit right in with the Jurassic Park area thats next door. Maybe modify the appearance of the vehicles so it doesn't look too similar to Spiderman.

Minion land features the existing Sing show from Universal Japan and the Minion Mayhem ride found at most Universal parks. There is an indoor kiddie area themed to Super Silly Fun Land, but it’s just a kiddie coaster inside. The Decepticoaster is well themed, but it is the same layout and train style (with updated restraints) as Incredible Hulk Coaster from Islands of Adventure.

With this new ride and the upgrade they did in Hollywood, Orlando's River Adventure is looking more and more outdated and disappointing. But hey, at least we got that new rollercoaster.

Based on how they appear positioned, my guess would be the Indominus likely runs on the same track as the ride vehicle, with the motion base (where the riders are seated) turned towards the animatronic

I believe she’s on an arm extending from a circular shorter inside track. She is not running on the ride track, but is close to it.

That ride will be an epic universe because they need it there because epic universe is bigger then the other park they need ride there and they spent the money to make it so it be cheaper to copy it to the other park

This is soooo cool looking. I would LOVE to see this ride at Epic Universe. Honestly I’d love to see an entire Jurassic World section at the new park. That way we could have Jurassic Park at IOA and Jurassic World at EU. As a fan of both, I’d love to have both. But as you said, the inclusion of Jurassic World attractions at Islands of Adventure kind of messed up that idea.

Disney built a low capacity Rise of the Resistance and are now going to charge you extra to go on it-or you could gamble and try to get on the virtual queue, good luck. Universal builds a high capacity attraction with animatronics that rival anything Disney has done. Hmmmmm.

I don’t think so, at least in the ride scenes. They feel a little CG enhanced to me, but it’s hard to tell from the POV footage. They do appear in the queue videos, but not sure if anything was shot specific for this attraction or they just utilized movie clips.

This looks, dare I say, better than Spider-Man and Transformers based on the heavier use of animatronics. Ashamed that like the JW films, it's gonna get trashed for using scientifically inaccurate dinosaurs.

Few thoughts here: The carousel Rex animatronic is beyond awesome, it absolutely feels so real, a lot of things in this ride have a realistic atmosphere that’s very believable. My favorite scene after the carousel is definitely the last scene where the Rex is on screen, then falls through the wall using animatronics, they did that so seamlessly and smooth, it looks very realistic. I will say the ride had a harsh start and ending to the story, but the rest of the ride still makes this 10/10, probably the best ride in the world not even joking. I said it once and I’ll say it again , this ride makes transformers and Spider-Man look like fast and furious supercharged!

I think it is a nice upgrade to the Spider-Man/ Dinosaur Ride system, but I don’t think we need one in the US unless there is something new that provides a dramatically different experience as this ride system is already the same as Spider-Man/Transformer, it would feel redundant to what we already have in the parks.
