New 'Justice for Jocelyn Act' hopes to help potential future victims

Texas GOP Senator Ted Cruz joins us to introduce a new bill he's worked closely on with lawmakers and Jocelyn's family that aims to prevent what happened to 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray from happening again. Jocelyn's body was found in a creek in north Houston. The two men accused of killing her are Venezuelan nationals who entered the U.S. illegally. They are both facing charges of capital murder in this tragic case.

@@lookwaticando909 I'm here as well, working 2 miles from where she was murdered. Cruz is here also, and just visited with her family to work on stopping this from happening. He slept on a friends couch last night because he had no power either. I'm not sure what the national guard is going to do or what we need them for right now?

Imagine letting criminals run around our country with nobody in attendance? It is a sad statement when somebody makes an effort to PROTECT US citizens and their property, people get stupid and say it is for personal gain. What about all the crap sleepy joe is doing for his personal agenda? Student loans that I will get to pay for. I finished paying mine off in 1984, four years of the tightest belt you have ever seen. Letting all these illegals in then getting places like DC to pass voting laws that DON"T require you to prove you are eligible to vote in the precinct your are standing in. Saying it hinders anybody from voting is an everybody gets a ribbon crowd idea, not anybody that wants to vote.
