I hatedddd this perfume on first spray and it took a day, and it’s now my number one favourite of the collection! You need to be patient with this one!

It was love at first sniff for me, but its quite complex so I 💯 agree, some may need more time to appreciate this one!

I bought the mini on sephora and already returned it. Not my vibe. It’s more unisex to me, woody, spicy. Not bad, just not my personal preference. I will say the dry down is basically vanilla 28. I have vanilla 28 already so I don’t need both, especially since it’s not my vibe. But I can see why people will like it because of those notes (patchouli, oud, leather) and how it’s “royale.” Also, I don’t think this is a safe blind buy so smell it first

Buying 3 bottles because this is limited edition and will DEFINITELY sell out in the first couple hours, mark my words. And I love they are releasing on a Wednesday because a lot of people have to wait until payday so I have a better chance of getting 3 bottles. Super excited! I think that Kayali's whole brand is the opposite of you. It's a cheapie brand that makes young women and women of a different class than you feel fancy. I personally like a few of the Kayali fragrances--but only for those days when I want to smell basic but indulgent.

They have a winner with this one. Won’t be any of that usual “ It smells amazing…but the performance is lacking.” No this smells amazing and performance is wonderful!

Ordered my first bottle ever! Hope longevity and projection do not disappoint. Used their 15% off so not bad. Got me the 100ml. Fingers crossed. After the order, saw your poat that sephora had it. Much easier to return if I hate, but I pray there is no need to return !

I always recommend getting their 10ml if you have any doubts about the notes. The patchouli wasn’t too much for me but if you’re not a fan of pat I would still recommend sampling first.

This layered with Ebony wood by Zara is fall perfection! The opening at first had me unsure, but the dry down and getting to know it, it is unique and I love it.

This video actually brought me to your channel. 😊 I am wearing Vanilla 28 for the first time ever today. I couldn’t keep ignoring the hype, so I got a decanted sample from a fellow fraghead and DAMN. It actually lives up to its, as you said, status as a modern cult classic. It’s so deep and delicious. I am super curious about today’s launch of the Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli. I am actually a big patchouli lover, so the odds are good that I would like it. I really wish I would have participated in the split that someone was doing in one of my fb fragrance groups so I could have gotten a decant and tried it (I am REALLY trying not to blind buy these days lol). Anyway, I am glad I found you. Perfume is EVERYTHING. ❤

Wonderful!! So glad you were able to get your nose on Vanilla 28! Its phenomenal. The Vanilla Royale is exquisite. If you shop Sephora they do accept open bottles for returns so you can blind buy with confidence. Don’t like send it back lol.

If you like patchouli its a no brainer. If you hate patchouli like me I would still recommend a 10ml it getting nose on it just in case lol. But girl I’m in LOVE!

Hi!!!!! Oh I'm most definitely getting this one. I found out about Kayali last year when SDPP was released. That is the only full bottle I have. Every drop after that I grab the 10mls. Love Invite Only. But girrrllllllll I'm grabbing the 100ml of this bad girl! That gold is everything and you and Marcy have confirmed I need it!!! Oh BTW, finally received my Gourmand Coquin today! It took longer than expected and they were so nice! The presentation was worth the wait! Thanks again!!!

I love when you can see the residual oils on the skin. Excellent review girl- I can feel the passion for this one. I was hoping as you know, that the Oud was more prominent in this. I wanna feel that niche quality in this one. Excited to smell it now.

I planned to get the 10ml because I was hesitant about Patchouli. Now, I'm getting the 50ml. You had me at leathery/seude notes. I love that note paired with a hint of sweet. It sounds like this juice has depth & I'm so here for it. Thanks for the thorough review.

I am on the fence on this as you and I are the same patchouli camp. I have a sampler set of all kayali coming from sephora and I may want to sample first. I am picky as hell. So happy you got it in PR girl and glad you like it!

Patchouli can literally make me sick to my stomach if its strong. I have has to scrub them off me for fear I may puke lol. So if you can imagine how anti patchouli I am naturally. I seriously can’t believe how beautiful this patchouli comes across in this fragrance.

I thought about you with the patchouli note, I know it’s not your favorite. So for you the love it I know it’s good. I was hoping the oud was the same amount as Invite Only thank you for mentioning that. I like the way the oud is done in Invite Only.

I cannot wait to get this one! I'm going to their site right now!!! Can you compare this fragrance with any other fragrances out there? Like, besides Vanilla 28 - are there a few vanillas you can compare this to - so we can understand it even more? I will say - I am so impressed with Kayali's fragrance line as a whole! For me it smells very, very unique. I can describe it as a boozy, candied patchouli. I can’t compare it to anything from my collection of 200+ perfumes. That says it all.

I already saw this review but I’m back to comment and like ❤ We finally got a cold front in FL (50s at night 60s in the day) and I finally got more of the sweet notes. That rum is still prominent but I definitely prefer this in the cooler weather. The hubby also enjoyed it and you know that’s a plus when your partner likes a fragrance 🥰

I really enjoyed this review , I’ve blind bought this on a whim (hasn’t arrived yet) because I love vanilla , patchouli and sugar ! But the reviews I have read and watched since I bought it seem so mixed! So I was a lil scared as I bought the 50ml online with no knowledge about it after a few too many wines at Xmas! It will be my first Kayali perfume too. You’ve gave me a lil faith 😅 as i sooo want to love this!

People’s nose seem to perceive this one so differently and it’s with out a doubt a love it or hate it scent. I really hope you enjoy it. This is a top tier Kayali fragrance IMO.
