The Mysto looks fantastic. It's a little too close to the Deka I have already though. Hogue: make a mini-me-sto, and you've got me hooked. Especially if it has a micarta option.

That Iridium reverse tanto needs a version in 20cv and titanium, just like Kershaw did with the original spearpoint version. It was a limited edition and sold out quickly. Would love to see an additional upgraded offering. The duralock was phenomenal on that version.

Yes. I absolutely know that you mean with the washers vs. bearings thing. The bearings swing more freely, but you can feel them rolling. On the other hand, washers are a little slower, but feel like butter on glass. As DCA would say, I hope that helps.

Had an s35vn swordfish. Used to call it the poor man's zt 0452. Very smooth action and super comfortable in hand. Have a jack wolf k9 jack and opening and closing it is addicting.

The link you have for the mayhem doesn't go to the limited edition. It takes you to the standard version. Knifecenter only lists the standard version.

The quality can be tested, what I worry about is how the workers are treated. I mean Amazon show us time and time again how to keep stuff cheap at the cost of the worker.

DCA, I’m sure most watching know what you mean when you talk about the differences between the feel of washers and bearings. Hogue really does have a super smooth feel on their cross bar locks.

It's also a knife that would complicate convincing a prosecutor you were just carrying it for utility purposes, despite its small size. Some states have laws against carrying a concealed knife as a weapon on top of the blade length restrictions.

I love your content and store, so I give this feedback with love. Please consider changing the hand model for the b-roll / close-up shots of the knives. It doesn't look like they're the hosts' and they distract the viewer (unmanicured, dry, raw, and today oozing?).

Thomas, the man behind the camera, is the model for the B-roll. It has been covered here before that he has a medical condition with his nails and is working on it with his doctor. It has never actually bothered me, I’m busy looking for details on the knife, and I think that is true of about 99% of the followers here. As to the “oozing”, all I saw was a scrape on his hand which he probably got while working on one of his $1,000 trucks. It will heal.

Why on earth, would knifecenter offer up Bestech‘s swordfish as a good representation of magnacut. Bestech has reported an HRC of 56 on that knife 🤦🏻‍♂️…. At that low, it should be illegal to call it magnacut

Oh the "Magnacut" hype... Ill stick to my CPM Cruwear and K390 addiction. I live and hunt in the wettest part of the country here in the PNW and in 40+ years of running 1095 knives Ive never had a knife rust on me to any serious degree that a little stropping and steel wool couldn't get rid of in 5min of work.

Hi. I've come to really like yor channel. I enjoy the relaxed way to educate me and present some cool products. I'd like very much to see more fixed blade combat knives. I'd like something such as comparing the strengths and weaknesses of specific fixed blade combat types contrasting key features. Perhaps you can compare and contrast the Bowie, k bar with the German Grabendolch and various trench knives and daggars? Perhaps you could include the so called "Swiss Daggar" used by the Germans as well as the combat potential of the Fascist Blackshirt daggar and the Fairbairn. Perhaps something like the show "Deadliedt Warrior," but call it the "10 Deadliest Fighting Knives of Moderm Warfare." Just think it is a nice idea and right up your alley. I think you guys would kick a....s on it if you tried.😊

We are now experiencing finally a fair shake in the knife world regarding the prices for Magnacut knives. The American companies were really sticking it to us for awhile, but the gig is up. Will Benchmade come down to reality, or keep their false pride and go the way of the Do Do.
