Rent is cheap cause deposit is insanely high and deposit is supposed to gointo a high interest account so landlords get that too I bet this was a nearly 5k usd deposit

@@lilnabii That's crazy! Do they deduct certain fees out when your lease is up like in the US? I would be scared of not getting it back with such a large deposit.

Hi Chen! Congrats on your new house. Nice and cozy home indeed, and a nice veranda with a view! Your collection of spices is surprising. If you want a gas stove, you can ask the owner for it at no extra charge to you. It's not that expensive.

This is a studio loft. (American here) but definitely worth the price! I don’t think I’ll ever live in a studio again. I’ve been spoiled with my 3 bedroom house.
