Does your new laser cutter seem stupidly low on power? Check this setting in Lightburn to improve the performance.

You legend. I knew S Value was out, changed it everywhere I could see after a new install of lightburn, but I wasnt cutting anything! Not even mustard. This was indeed set to 255 (why?!?) despite $30 giving back = 1000.000, and other LB signals that all was well. Thank you again, lifesaver!

Cheers for this! Wondered why my new 20w laser was barely cutting 3.6mm plywood.. Setting changed and we're all good 👍

Problem is that it is 1000 and laser setting the value $30 = 1000 too So S value max matches it does't use not even 20% power.

I have to admit I don't know. I do try not to run at 100% all the time because I think there is a chance it will reduce the life. I make sure to clean the lens regularly too. It is a powerful machine and quite capable when you get it set uphow you want it. If I was to buy one again though, I would save up for a CO2 for clear acrylic.

but which settings are correct orginal , 225 or 1000 and on 225 my laser work corect before or not and I change by mistake from 1000 to 225 thanks for answer
