Thank you for letting me know about this hidden palette - I have just ordered it as it looks like the perfect palette for a smokey 'lite" look I'm glad I've got a good collection of Chanel because if the reformulation whispers are correct I can't see it ending well e.g.the blushers.

@@AllisonChase I have Brun Agape and think it’s warmer toned than the new brown one but definitely similarly medium in depth. I’m very fair with blue eyes and wear brown mascara and prefer more mid toned liners.

Happy new year! I really think this new palette looks super beautiful! I am not going to pick it up, because it is quite dupeably within my collection already, and I am trying to save money - but it is beautiful!!!! One thing that struck me, was... Could they have used the new brown eyeliner as Keira's eyeshadow? The colours looks a bit more similar to my eye, but I have never tried the Chanel liners, so I don't know how well they'd blend out for use as shadow. Maybe you know?

The Stylo Yeux (waterproof ones) are not ideal for blending out for eyeshadow. They don't have enough slip to them.

Although I love this quad, it's the type of colors I've been missing from Chanel during the whole red experience, to me it's very close to the holiday quint. But I love it. And I thought Brun Agape was still around. Just bought 2, it's my go to.

insert brown heart emoji :D Thank you for the review, I think you put it very accurately that it is a user friendly smoky eye quad. If I had a friend who is an enthusiastic makeup lover, but a beginner I would feel like recommending this to them. I'm not interested. I have plenty. And I will have more... I'm terrified of the thought of Chanel eyeshadow reformulation (okay I hope the cream pots turn out better, those were and are.... outdated), so I think I'm ought to do some shopping! I remember the Blurry line, the only reason I didn't get one back then is because I couldn't decide which one to get :D gosh, I feel like I'll be buying three quads at once @_@

As always great video. Lucky for me Chanel releases products very early in Asia and Australasia so there is an AUS and NZ creators who may have beat you to being the first upload on the collection haha or at the same time. I am a Chanel collector but was not interested in this. After watching your video, Martina Lily and nightstar beauty I ran and purchased the quad and the lightest eyeliner. It is summer in AUS but looking forward to using the products. Love your thoughts on Chanel products. I would love an updated Chanel eyeshadow ranking please. Many hugs ❤

I love Chanel makeup and love your channel. As a makeup expert, when should I throw out my old eyeshadow palettes? It’s it bad to keep it for more than. 18 months? How long is too old, 5 years? also had one tisse vendome and the powder was falling out that I had to throw if away. Merci! ❤

I have older palettes that I still use on occasion. As long as the shades haven't turned, and most importantly, as long as the scent stays the same they're fine.

932 MAT Taupe is my favorite eyeliner of ALL TIMES and it has been discontinued. I am so upset. I usually buy many at a time and the Chanel lady at the counter said oh dear they have been discontinued for quite some time. Not very nice but by any chance do you know any other color that would be comparable to it? Thank you for this review as well. Happy New year.🥰

Mat Taupe is gorgeous, I agree. I think Espresso may vaguely resemble it but it isn't a perfect dupe.

Speaking about reformulations, I recently purchased the new sublimage eye cream and it is no longer amazing - what a disappointment. I have the Modern Glamour palette but the new one looks really nice too.

Did u see the neutral with the pop of blue quad is out in some places 79 quad . I saw Charlet Halcraft review it but haven't seen it in the US it will probably be a pain in the butt to get like this quad was to get. This one is the neutral quad in that was sneak peaked for part of the spring collection with the one with the pop of blue and that pink one , guess they are releasing them one at a time. Im only interested in the one with the pop of blue and im done i have no interest in the pink one. I love this quad i have fone all kinds of looks with it and used it with other things . Love the look u did. I need to pick up the 2 new liners .

No merci to the eyeshadow palette. I would have preferred replacing the darkest color with a very dark chocolate. It reminded me of the matte Blurry Grey.

Something that really annoys me about Chanel is they often use different products on celebrity models in ads for new product because it doesn’t totally suit the model. Notice each look doesn’t tell you every product used. This is so frustrating because you’ll buy a color story based on the look from Chanel in the ad or photo and when you get it, the color is not even in the same tone. This isn’t happening as often with non celebrity models, but in any case, it’s frustrating. It’s not intentionally deceptive, but something they’ve done for a very long time. Guerlain does this too.

this is a mediocre palette. not pigmented and without depth. They are nothing special. could be a catrice palette at 4€ at the end the look for me is unacceptable and complete different from Keira’s makeup. epic fail this time for chanel and big pass for me. Had so high expectation, sadly 😢

I can’t wait to see your take on the Les Beige collection! I think it is ABSOLUTELY stunning! I REALLT wish they would reformulate their blushes instead😫.
