Ovens Rocky Mountain Bushcraft

Ovens Rocky Mountain Bushcraft

Күн бұрын

Greg shares emergency survival tricks and techniques, including a NEW fire starting method that could save your life! He also finds a stranded man on the Rocky Mountain bush roads while grouse hunting and mushroom foraging, but when the man goes back to his truck and doesn't return, Greg becomes concerned for his safety and begins to prepare for the worst. PLUS Hopalong finds a new home!
Greg is a self-taught survivalist from Canal Flats, British Colombia, who, since he was a boy, has read nearly every book on the topic. When he is not out in the wilderness, he is a professional dry-waller. He started his first bow drill fire when he was thirteen and spent the next forty years learning bushcraft and studying plants and edibles. He has even developed some of his own survival techniques and is a skilled hunter with both a bow and a slingshot.

He seems human. While I'm at it... Rescue grouse when that's on the menu then drop hop-a-long at a spa and then wait on a group and be concerned about them and possibly put yourself at risk then they say thanks and wave as they dip on you. You have good heart Greg. Peace brother.

GREG GREG GREGHere's a new way to make a one handed bow drill fire . Instead of the bow use a cordless drill It's way faster and easier try it GREG You'll never use a bow again.

@Michael Hasenleder Greg has always got his truck with him But MY point is for one arm bow drill fire starting for the handicapped .A cheap Cordless drill and a box of screws Is a must for my camping trips. And has become a much used survival tool for me. I don't leave home without it being in my truck. It's a new age where new technology can merge with the old do You think the old timers back in the day would have backed away from making it easier.
