The posts are set and the railroad ties are cut to size. Come along as we begin the second phase of adding light to the charming pathways through the garden.

What a fun project and can’t wait to see the next video. So creative and it’s going to be beautiful. I like how the rusty metal piece is just swaying in the wind.

Dude. That is next level design. Way to repurpose and embrace the possibilities. Can’t wait to see it up. I’m also curious to see if the solar panel is able to get enough sun when all of your trees are full. Beautiful vibe.

That’s funny! I knew you were going to make lamps from the plow discs! But I didn’t see the railroad ties being the posts! Great job! I love your thinking!😂😂😂♥️♥️♥️

I love your channel. You one of a kind, very creative and original. I'm so glad you have found the time to make videos again. I have used some of your ideas in my tiny city garden in Chicago. My only negative comment is I think your kids should help you!

These lights will be amazing. My back yard is all solar and 3 years no replacements needed. I do notice the animals enjoy turning the motion lights on in the garden.

Ok 👌 so Walmart is the place you picked them up at. I found some on Amazon as well. So excited I can’t wait to get them up. Love what you have done here.

Wow! The Thumbnail Pic tells it all! ❤ the structures! Fab design, looks kind of Coastal and Old-world combined. Great Job! I may warm up to the Moss, I do like the whimsical and wildlife aspect of it.😊

Oh wow Mike, you have done so much! That’s going to look amazing, you certainly don’t do things by halves! (I believed you are 6’4” then 😊). What a wonderful idea you’ve had, I cannot wait for Part 3 and the big reveal ❤

You’re a lot more secure in the outcome than I would be. I would make one just be sure it gave me the right look/effect I was envisioning. I’m looking forward towards Part 3

Dear Friend, please wear safety googles when using power tools. I almost lost an eye to a wild splinter that flew from a board I was cutting. Love your garden!!!

Wow, this is turning out even better than what I pictured in my head when you first started. I was wondering about the chicken wire but once you started threading the lights it all made sense. I love the moss. I can’t wait to see the final video and see how it looks at night. P.S, Dogs are better than some people indeed!!

Using the solar lights is a great idea for subtle “whimsical” lighting!! I’m going to borrow that idea for my backyard flower beds. 😊Looking forward to see the finished lighting in your backyard and after dark videos.

Hi Mike, I understand what you and your family mean by our fur babies.I love this, I see where your going with this totally not anything i imagined you where doing. It makes me think of the mystical in a Japanese garden which I know is your cuppa tea.Yet with a Moxie garden twist, which makes it your own which imo all our gardens should be!You just gave me a idea im going to toy around with using the old rings from the wooden barrels which I have a collection of 😂in my "junk draw" but getting some great patenia.Im wondering if you get some birds nesting would it be neat and add character anyhow.Hope you all had a wonderful Easter.🕊️💚

Can you run low voltage lighting? Bulbs that have the yellow flicker would look beautiful. This is very beautiful.

Great design. It's going to look awesome. When you paint chicken wire black it becomes almost invisible....just a suggestion since you don't want it to show.

I’ve learned to trust your process so it’ll be torture until the finished project reveal. I do expect to see hummingbirds and wrens nesting under the moss later this Spring. (And probably some wasps.) Good luck this week with the weather. 😺✌️

Don't clean up your garage. Why you ask. My husband cleaned up his area, now we can't find the weed & feed spreader. It's not like it's a small tool like a screw driver or hammer.

Do you have any idea how long the solar lights will last ? It’s a GREAT idea but…….if I go through all of the work to attempt something like this I don’t want to have to restring the lights anytime soon. Reason being I’m an old fart and if I attempt a project it needs to last quite awhile. I can’t wait for your next video! You did give me some ideas and I thank you, we will just have to wait and see if I will be able to follow through with them. 🪻💚🙃
