I have lupus and hypothyroidism. My throat always hurts and due to my lupus it’s at times hard to swallow even my saliva. I tried doing this and it’s so hard on the right side- should I continue trying to do this until it’s not hard or should I stay away from jt

Good question. Not easy to give an fullfilling answer based on that information. But I will try. If you have or feel pressure on the right side of your head, you need to check your neck muscles on the right side. Try to cross massage the muscles. And check your jaw muscles. Masseter. Give that an rub. If you give me more information i could be of more help.

@@PainfreeU thank you 🙏 I will try that. It would be nice and easier to make a video and we fallow the instructions. My right ear is clogged up and have pressure on my right side of head. Too much mucus on the back side of my throat. I hope I explain it good this time.
