Last episode we drove through the community and toured the Adams floorplan and this time we are going inside another gorgeous floor plan this community has to offer. Just a quick recap: The community is about 30 minutes west of the airport and about 40 minutes southwest of downtown Atlanta and places like the Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes Benz Stadium. You’re about 15 MInutes from grocery shopping and about 20 minutes from Arbor Place mall. So you’re close to amenities but still far enough away that you still have you’re own quiet piece of paradise. The Estates at Hurricane Pointe is in the Alexander High School District which Niche.com ranks as the best high school in Douglas County! The new construction homes in the community start out around 3,500 sq ft and go up to 4000 finished sq ft with unfinished basements. Plans are 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5 -4.5 baths with all the plans having 3 car garages. And all the lots are on 1 acre as well so you’ve got plenty of yard and space between you and your neighbor. All the new construction homes they are building are on 1 acre and they are on a basement! There is an HOA fee, but it it only $300 a year as it is just for common area maintenance.
