About 8, but I don't use this as my main method. I usually average 5s with Tommy's 7simul.

Aren't the U dial and the C dial matched? If you correctly calculate first letter as (U to C), then execute like this video, they should be matched. It may help you to imagine matching the 2 dials intuitively from the other side.
