Most of what was mentioned in the intro hit me, I am trying to answer these questions, especially home, family, and inner child; I was brought up in a toxic family environment and I still must deal with my toxic father and sister. My goal is to re-evaluate relationships with other family members, apart from my father and sister; these can't be saved and to heal myself. I've begun journalling and I've decided to try CBD oil to improve my sleep quality. Also, on the 3rd of July I had blood tests since I am on infliximab. Considering the auto immune condition, pain and stiffness are gone. However, my thyroid is messed up; I don't know if it's due to the medication or due to me being psychologically drained. Rux!, the surgery… I’ve had sinus surgery twice, first time was the septoplasty. Worst recovery. Well worth it though, for sure…. But sleeping upright for 5 days, not being able to breathe at all through my nose. Worst! 😩😂 I will say it’s worth it but I understand the apprehension 😅
