Thats great your investing. In your very first ND palette!! But be careful, once you start you just cant stop! And yes , I agree Tara always does the very best reviews when it comes to beauty. Or maybe companies should have just been making products that were just clean to begin with. Its like buying vegetables , theres a choice of organic or not/regular. I really think and would hope that all vegetables should have to be organic to begin with! I don’t understand why we should have to pay more for something that’s well, seems unethical to me. Shouldnt all Vegetables be organic to begin with? Why are we paying more for a plant to have no chemicals added into it? They already come with out any! Like i just don’t think it’s ethical to do that, i think 🤔 people should be waking up to the fact that we can change the laws on this and make the companies ashamed to think that they have been able to poison us for profit. This goes for all clean products btw ! Us allowing this to even happen to begin with is completely ridiculous! No wonder cancer is so much common these days!!

@@maryelizabethmcgregor413 the problem is the designation “clean” has no definition and can mean anything so companies take advantage of customers who are reacting purely to buzzwords. Clean sounds good, right and insinuates everything else is dirty. It’s an illusion. No different than packaging on granola bars with 15 grams of sugar rivalling a Snickers bar that use word like “Nature”so you assume it’s healthy. Preservatives aren’t necessarily harmful, most are just fine and used for a reason. “Clean” is largely a scam.

Planned obsolescence not only with products -- with entire brands! "Clean" identity brands like Kosas, Saie, Merit aren't meant to be here in 10 years once "clean" is debunked. I suspect this is why legacy brands like MUFE, MAC, NARS, L'oreal, Lancome don't go "clean". They are planning to stick around. The MUA/celeb brands like Rare, Haus, Mario, Patrick Ta, Danessa, etc walk the line. They are clean but it is a small part of their identity; the Face of the brand is their main identity so they at least have a shot at enduring after "clean" is over.

Hey just a thought for you to consider: she usually does variations of her palettes. This one is called Natural. If you think of her face palettes she has already, she came out with three versions if it so far ( light, dark and the love face palettes), so I’m guessing if these sell good than she will produce different styles of the palette. Its a completely new type of product for her to come out with, so it wouldn’t have been smart to come out with 4 or 5 different kinds of the new product just in case people didn’t want it than she would’ve taken a big loss. So thats why im thinking why this is just a neutral palette, like a starting off point! Plus you cant please everyone and she would be crazy to try and do so, after all this is her business not a hobby for her. So maybe wait sometime and she will come out with a glam one that will suit more a variety of people.

Definitely a fair point. From a marketing standpoint however, it would have been better for them to just drop universal. The implication that this palette will work as intended, a face palette for everyone, objectively, that is just not the case. She was working hard to sell it in her video though! But I’m sorry I’m just opting out of pay 62, (7 dollars less than her 15 pan midi palette) for 10 shades of eyeshadow basically bc that is the only place on my face they will work. Hopefully as rightfully pointed out, they find the concept works fiscally and they create iterations as they see fit. But just like with the I need a (nude) palette….where the compass for what is “natural” is just not universal ( it fell a bit short as well for some). And it is what it is. I just think if there was more transparency about that it wouldn’t garner as much disappointment and controversy.

@@maryelizabethmcgregor413 great point! I consider the bronzer/contour shades as “flexible/multi-use” as opposed to “universal” because those with darker skin tones can use those as face powders. The lightest contour shade can actually be used as a matte highlight on a deeper skin tone.

Natasha when she came out with the face palettes dropped both the light and dark versions simultaneously and they got rave reviews. She already knew the market was there for a deeper version of this palette based on previous sales and should’ve released a darker version simultaneously. The whole “brands only release products for the light half of the spectrum to see if it will do well” has been debunked on why it’s a faulty theory to employ for many reasons, but the biggest is the fact by doing so brands limit their own market/success automatically by catering to a purposefully limited crowd. 2 months later and no body really talks about this face palette, I need a nude, or the xenon palette since everyone who felt like the palettes weren’t a fit for their skin tone have moved on to the palettes and brands that do. I suspect it’s why she’s releasing the midi golden as that “leak” has more interest than the three palettes I mean red combined

Great question. I've wore it several times after posting this review and it wears beautiful, all day long for me. The only issue I have is the shimmer shades do crease after a few hours on the lid, but, other than that, it lasted very well👍 Hope that helps.

I’m a bit taken aback by the underlying cruelty of this comment. I’ve been staring at it for a while. You came out the gate throwing punches…and the edit makes me think you reread it and thought it was ok? I’m not saying you need to walk around being sunshine and berries all the time, but it might behoove you to be more thoughtful about your words. You might be cool with someone saying to you “God you look so much better with normal skin tone” “you look ridiculous” “you really need to learn where blush goes”. Tara doesn’t need to do a damn thing but live her life. You NEED to learn some decorum, social cues and grace because this is giving Regina George and it’s not cute one bit. Unless you’re trying to come off as a smug rude know-it-all. Remember, it’s ok to wake up and choose to NOT be a cruel, judgemental with the belief that people actually want your comments on their life. Why even watch the video? Maybe go outside and touch some grass ✨🫣
