I want to see it with a clip, too! I like the looks of Kaweco Sport/Collection, but only with a clip. I would love to see this with the frosted coconut-kind of wild how it’s not meant to be. Thanks for trying so much! 🥰 I think it’s pretty, but somehow it’s kind of not my thing, do I want to leave plenty for everyone who is loving it so much! It would be great to have a friend nearby who loves it, and got one, so I can see theirs in person.

I'll show it with a clip when I get my new one - I couldn't live w/o a broad nib, so I bought a new one, and i'm sending this one to someone. lol when I get my new one, i'll definitely show it off w/ the clip! and hopefully I find either one of my coconuts. haha

I’m looking forward to getting my Iridescent Pearl soon. I ordered it from Endless Pens as a pre-order and it has yet to ship. As far as April and 30 inks 30 days I bet you could do an entire series of shimmer inks. Would love to see that. Thanks for showing us the new ink and pen!

I got mine literally like 2 weeks ago. I didn't even know about it, I was just browsing the " Pure Pens " website when I saw it there, and I was immediately drawn to it. Just beautiful. I also got mine in medium 🥰. It was sold out the first time I spotted it, but I signed up for notification service and in a couple of days they sent me an email it was back in stock. That was probably the quickest I purchased anything pen related🤣. I was only recently able to get my hands on the sample of the Sunset ink, but I don't find as attractive in a pen. I think this is more artsy ink for painting rather than actual writing. It's a gorgeous color and I was really hyped about it as it is also sold out, but when I got my sample I wasn't so blown away as I expected to be. In my opinion the Vinta Lakambini or Salimbay from their new line are equally as gorgeous but better behaved in a pen and the effect is actually there. I find it very difficult to use certain shimmering inks in a pen as the formula seems a little off, and I feel like they should just be used for art. I have the same problem with the Troublemaker's " Dragon Fruit" I've tried all the nib sizes and all it does is clog the pen and it's so frustrating because the ink itself is beyond beautiful. Just not for pen use I think. Anyway lol this turned into a little rant quickly. Anyway, you enjoy your gorgeous Kaweco pen luv, it is a gem I think. I am so happy with mine, and I have it inked with Vinta's Piloncitos. Love your choice of ink. I need to get me some Colorverse . 😘Which one is your favorite by this particular brand?

What luck that you just happened upon it!! I ended up ordering a broad nib version after the video. I’m just too used to using that nib size in these pens now. Haha. I haven’t tried the sunset ink in a pen, but I usually put my shimmer inks in a TWSBI with very little problems, so I will try that and see what happens. I haven’t tried the new Vinta inks but I’m excited to get my hands on some samples when I can find them all in stock again. I should’ve gotten them when I saw them, but I was trying to behave. 😂 Colorverse has lots of different “series” of Inks, but my favorites are Colorverse Matter (a pretty warm grey with nice shading, but sometimes it can be a little light), Colorverse Dirty Red (a lovely dark red), Colorverse Shiny Black (a nice black ink with silvery shimmer.. well-behaved in my TWSBI eco). I also love Brane (a yellow green with green shimmer), Delicious Sleep (a nice dusty purple), and Rainy Day (a medium dusty blue). If you like complex inks, Colorverse Vortex Motion is great too… looks kind of purpley when it’s wet, dries to kind of a dark grey/black, but had slight sheen on it so it can also look green at times. It’s super interesting). I hope that was helpful!! Haha

Gorgeous! It sold out on Jetpens so quickly, so I think it must be popular! I'm waiting til my local store gets them in, to support local business. Hoping I can snaffle one. That ink, too!

Very nice pen and ink combination. I just received my iridescent pearl Kaweco last week. I have Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-Peki in mine. I ordered an EF to fit in the Hobonichi Weeks grid squares. It looks beautiful with the iridescent Yuki Fujisawa cover. Makes me so happy looking at them.

Won’t get a Kaweco in a while I think after the terrible experience with my latest Kaweco during inkvent 🤷‍♀️ (though I managed to turn it into a decent writer by now!) ! I ordered this pen very recently - after telling myself I didn't need a new pen. If it's a gorgeous as video'd, I'll be happy I pulled the trigger. The only Kaweco Sport I own is the Brass Sport, my EDC

@@inksplat I received the pen and will clean it out in a few minutes! the material is so different than anything I've seen. This is my first plastic Sport. There is almost no weight to it. Here goes. Cleaning and inking soon.

Thank you so much for this video! I love my Iridescent Pearl and your ink choice was perfect! I'd never heard of Dominant Industry Ink or Yoseka Stationery, so I'm excited to give them a try. After your video, I signed up for their newsletter, which also mentions receiving 10% off first order when subscribing. So far, I've not received the code (received the newsletter though) but filling my cart in the meantime. Do you find the Dominant Industry Pearl inks difficult to clean out of your pens?

I just got this pen and planned to put the sailor “rainfluff or thunder fluff” in it but I forgot to order a converter (and Clíp) because I was trying to get it before it sold out again.

If you don’t intend to use the cartridge it came with, you could always clean that out and fill it with ink and use that until your converter gets in!

@UC5GKhiD3ereJqsZeqUFKSLw I haven’t used them in pens yet. I didn’t like them very much when I swatched the couple I had. The colors or the shimmer level. It’s pretty thick and I’m concerned about clogging and trying to clean them out.
