Literally told myself I wouldn't buy anymore fountain pens as I'm relatively new to them and already have a ton of them, but they still had this one on Jet Pens which I've purchased from before so I decided just to get it, it's such a lovely pen. I also got mine in a broad nib and I'm hoping I like it since I do love my TWSBI Eco in a broad. It's such a pretty pen in videos and online so I hope I love it! I have tiny hands (had the nickname "Baby Hands" for awhile bc of it) and so I gravitate toward smaller pens anyways but was looking for another pocket sized one (I have the Pilot Petit1 and loved it but wanted another idk). So excited to get mine!! You really changed my mind about Kaweko pens so I hope I'm as in love with mine as you are yours!! Thanks for the video even tho I'm late! You can get the Lilliput for $50 on Cult Pens if anyone wants to find it cheaper.

Nice video! I haven’t reached for my plastic sports as much since getting an aluminum version in rose gold. Last month I got the black Liliput and love it in the medium nib. I wanted the black one since I could use any ink color but the green one is cute! I’m currently obsessed with my newest pen the Benu Talisman in Mandrake color. It’s the best steel nib I’ve ever written with!

I love my Iridescent Pearl pen!! I also am using a beautiful ink that matches the pen - Mystic Mountain from Colorverse. I love it!! Would definitely be interested in seeing an ink swatching video too, I have a ton of samples I need to get through but there's always more room on my wishlist! :)

Great Vid! I have the pearl and I love it. Much easier to wear on my work lanyard than my brass sport. I just got the Sailor Sakura. I agree those light colors maybe better for my dip pens. I need a little darker ink.

The pearlescent pen is so pretty. You chose a great ink for it. I put Colorverse "Mystic Mountain" in mine. Also, I have been eyeing that green lilliput! I think I might get it. I love Kaweco pens, too!

Thanks for another great video. The ink you sampled is so pretty. I agree that it is better for decorative use since the paragraph was a little more difficult to read. A swatching video would be fun to watch, but for me you wouldn't need to push it up the schedule. :)

I also got the pearl one. My first thought was also to use sailor manyo ha-ha in it but I already have that in my kaweco cyan.

I also want both pens and hopefully will get them this week. I already have the Haha ink,LOVE it!!!

I have the Benu Talisman in Foxglove and love it (medium nib) although I think I would have preferred it with a Broad nib. I would have liked to have purchased more Benu pens, but their prices went up more than I can afford. I love my Kaweco Sports and AL Sports with a Broad nib. It would be difficult to say what pen is my favorite, but my top five favorites would include, in no particular order: Pilot E95S; Pilot Vanishing Point; Pineider Full Metal Jacket, Medium nib; Kaweco Sport, Broad nib; and a Parker antique Vacumatic.

I got my Iridescent Pearl this week as my first Kaweco Pen and I got pretty fast disappointed, because the (M) nib tends to skip a lot... I googled it and it seems I am not alone. There are many videos on youtube on this issue, too. I'm glad for you, that yours worked straight out of the box!

I would love to see ink sampling...and new Kaweko pen, or collections colours. I have not bought a Kaweko yet and want to just cant buy the colours i love, they're sold out so I keep waiting.

I have both of them and like them equally much. The iridescent is inked up with Sailor 224, similar to Haha, but different.

I haven’t decided on a Lilliput just yet, but I will probably go for the brass/copper version. I have the brass sport and love it. It was nice to see the bronzer I’m have the iridescent pearl which I had to rgeous purpleorder from Cult Pens in the UK! I just ordered the Queens Jubilee Kaweco from them as well. I tend to like heavier pens, but I have to say that the iridescent is wonderful yo write with.

the aluminium version of the liliput is the most affordable one and sits somwehre arround 45 euros, the brass one around 60, there is the one made of steel and an other one made of copper, they are arround 80. the really expensive one is the stainles steal that has been burned and shows a blue hue

I love ink samples, but Goulet needs to step it up and include more ink in the sample vials. Vanness and Pen Chalet both offers more ink in their sample vials for the same price as Goulet sells theirs with considerably less ink. 🤷‍♀️

I love the iridescent look of the pen! I am indecisive when it comes to the nib sizes. I like to use my pens in sketching, esp florals & outlines to my watercolor paintings. The shop I found locally only has B remaining & I'm thinking it looks too thick to my liking lol. I can't decide

I'm going to grab a Liliput, I think this video sold me. I really love small pens. I would really love a video of your TN inserts. What brand do you enjoy? Which ones are more fountain pen ink friendly? What insert do you use your swatching?

The Lilliput is adorable! The green one you got is aluminum. The brass and copper versions are more expensive because of the metals (also heavier), so the green one is priced more like the AL Sports. I have the copper Lilliput because I have a "thing" for copper pens (I grew up in New Mexico, and my grandfather worked for a copper mine.) I also bought the iridescent Kaweco Sport! I did a pre-order with Truphae, but I haven't inked it up yet--I am waiting on some new pearlescent inks to arrive (from Goulet.) I have one of the Kaweco mini converters, but it is just so tiny, it's silly, so I may have to get the empty cartridges and a syringe like you did! I have the Rose Gold AL Sport with a broad nib, and a Brass Kaweco Special with a Stub nib. My favorite color is green, so I was very tempted to get the new Lilliput, but restrained myself because it was not my favorite shade! We need to stop buying the same pens, LOL

I just ordered the green Liliput this afternoon! I’ll keep it in my purse with my passport-size Travelers Notebook. If you like small pens, check out the Opus 88 Fantasias and Minis.

I bought myself a Kaweco special edition violet. It's my favourite colour. I also bought the kaweco summer purple ink bottle. I haven't inked her yet but I used the ink in my Twsbi transparent purple instead with a medium nib. It's a gorgeous colour. I haven't inked my violet pen because I'm so in between blue iroshizuku asa GAO & purple. I'm torn.

i have a few Kaweco sports already so I'm not going to purchase the sport. The Liliput, although quite cute, looks like it would be super small for my large man hands. I do like that Sailor Ink. Reminds me of one of my Manyo colors, i forget the name of it. but it's similarly light and blue-ish.

I wonder if anybody sells ink cartridges that can be sealed for travel? I am an ink cartridge refiller too.😊 … but not for Kaweco pens, I have two Kaweco converters and have never had a problem with either, I love them.

Hmmm, I liked the look of the Liliput better, but I doubt I'd ever buy a pen that small. I have large hands and I seem to prefer pens that are a bit more substantial. My biggest takeaway here is that ink samples are a thing. And now that I know that, well, who can foresee the long-term ramifications, lol. I *may* end up with 42,000 colors of ink, is all I'm saying.
