You can plug the USB c on the top of your pimax headset into any USBC on your PC and the download will work

My update worked fine. But it is slow. Takes at least 10 minutes and appears to stall but isn't. You also must re-start it one time. Other people have that too. It may be too many people doing it at once. I used the computer's USB port so what he says above is not necessarily true. It was a 3.0 port.

I had also a lot of Problems, what helped was to connect the USB C directly to the PC and the ither USB on the Hub. Afer that all problems solved

Unfortunately PIMAX still seems to have not moved out of the beta phase...not for me at this time.

Also the USB hub sometimes the cable from your usb c hub intermittent problems of connecting to the connecting to your pie as long as that cable is connected properly you have no problem connecting to the pimax

I had to use duck tape on the Crystal hub because the connectors are loose & become disconnected. Run tape over hub & over connector, have not had any headset connection problems since. Sad to pay a lot for set to use duck tape. Good luck!🍀

Got mine today after 2 months of shipping because they messed up the labels. My current complaints are the face foam which is way too wide again and the eyetracking is truly only your eyes. My friends vive pro eye also keeps track of your pupil dilation and how far you close your eyes which adds more depth to it

@@vressentials how can I reset it? I only know how to recalibrate it. Turning it off and on doesn't change it

How does knowing eye iris dealation and if your squinting improve eye tracking?

I had that problem originally but I replace the cable that little USB mini cable doesn't sit properly is very loose the one connected to the hub that pimax supplied
