No water , No sewer, No electric and No issues anymore. With all the new developments for off grid living the options are almost limitless. Great not to have to depend on utility companies. Of course we haven't figured out away around paying for internet.

If I want my three bedroom in West Caye to be higher in the air, is it better to do stick build? Plus wanting it off grid since no grid yet...thanks

Where are these houses made , is this work done outside, the country of Belize , not good for Belize

They're made in Belize in Spanish Lookout

With the beach now taken over I don’t see how the homes can come thru

The letters are actually moved aside for the home to drive through. There is a new port of entry being developed for homes now so this will only be a temporary area for this to take place.
