Hi 💖 I use my hands a lot with work,school, etc so just the adhesives about a week. When I use adhesives+glue they last about 3 weeks 🤗

No, none of the press ons I’ve used have ever damaged my nails. Sometimes there would be glue residue left on my nails that’ll eventually peal off but no nail damage
