Postage stamp lots is one of the North American things I’m trying to get away from. Those backyard’s don’t have enough room for a bbq, palapa and furniture. No thank you.

Definately a smaller yard no question. But I do feel it allows you scale your qol upwards. Don't live to work. Work to Live.

Every construction you post ive seen is so beautiful. You are doing a great job for the developers..... my parents are dominican, i was born and raised in new york, i have a cople of properties in d.r. and i cant wait to finally relocate to the d.r. like you said near the end of the video... d.r. is a great opportunity for us to go and create something give back to those communities and live comfortably.

The "Shit". Lol. So true. I size makes me want to fly down in the morning. My issue is with the stepts over the dining room table. I noticed this in a large percentage of the builds. What company is building these units pls?

yes I do believe that the interest rate have sky rocket as u call the rat race , but the options in the states is that u can get a 30 year mortgage and in the Dr. u pretty much get 5 yrs or pay cash or balloon interest rates. Now thats a big deal Mr. Kash

Not in the least. Atleast this is what I see. If anyone knows more please share. Tbh first I am hearing of this here. Haven't heard any professional in the industry discuss this as something that is a challenge.
