It has been on hold for a while, that's why we didn't invest there 2 years ago, as I remember!!! But good to hear is available for new investors....THEY Should go for it!

I have always liked that Beach Area in Portillo....I have told Jose that will be the Up and coming area. If I could, I would invest there as well.....Just AMAZING KASH. GREAT VIDEO, great Investment Opportunity😄🙂

Yes all of LT is pet friendly. I do encourage dog owners to keep their dogs on leashes for their safety and that if others. Also important that we keep the beaches beautiful by cleaning up after your dogs. Noticing too many owners being bad owners. Let's go dog lovers. Love where you live.
