Amber Heard under oath: I didn’t fulfill my donation because of $6 Million Dollars in legal fees.
Amber’s insurance company: That’s a lie. We paid $6 Million in Amber's legal fees.
Insurance Company Sues Amber Heard to Keep from Paying for Johnny Depp Judgment and Legal Fees. An insurance company is suing actress Amber Heard on a three-pronged request: (1) that it be absolved of any duty to pay for her defense in a recent defamation case by her ex-husband Johnny Depp, (2) that it not be required to pay the multi-million dollar judgment Depp won against her, and (3) that it not have to pay any costs of ongoing litigation associated with an appeal.

And now poor Amber has to shop at TJ Max and she hasn't put out a dime. I assume the money from divorce is gone because she's not paying up on her end for charity and she can't pay Johnny. He doesn't care, he just wants to be rid of the witch and his name cleared. I just hope the courts will at least hold her to paying up regardless. She is a now a "scorned woman", and she couldn't keep her man because she was so abusive both physically and mentally. This chick IS mental. She knew Johnny was planning to divorce her so she had to beat him to it and then rub his name in the dirt, but nobody was alerted except for TMZ. Boo hoo!

Let's not forget that she demanded through the divorce settlement for Johnny to give her his car and to pay all her utility bills for an indefinite amount of time. She even made an instagram video of her and Whitney dancing like idiots in Johnny's car after the divorce settlement with the caption "Sorry not sorry", then deleted it because of this trial. Little did she know, someone got it and uploaded it. lol

She knew she would never pay her pledges!!! When she gave that first interview after the trial, she said “I shouldn’t have had to pay that money to prove my truth”. She pledged it in the heat of the moment thinking no one would hold her accountable!! She is despicable and very Undermining to the lives that she has affected. Disgusting!!!!

She pledged the money as a way to virtue signal and get a leg up on her career. I have way more respect for anonymous donors who don't want recognition for their donations. For that matter, I have way more respect for people who actually fulfill their pledges.

i’m just appalled by all the lies made and laws broken by this woman and her lawyers, and yet there is no legal discipline that anyone can file against them???? that is telling me and everyone that paid attention to this trial that the legal system is a joke, and that anyone can just do or say whatever they want and can get away with it. i feel ashamed to call this “justice” system mine

She NEVER had any intention of paying those " pledges"!👎 Edit : if she "didn't want anything , ", Why take it at all????? JD offered to pay DIRECTLY to the charities, because he knew⭐ she would ⭐not give it away. If you don't want it(?) YOU DONT TAKE IT!! As a Real DV , I left with my kids and my car. I had a " bug- out" bag, and I left EVERYTHING. All that " stuff" means NOTHING!! You just want to get OUT! You don't want court. You don't want to see them. One of those pledges she didn't even sign. It was brought up in court by whoever it was from the hospital they had on video stand ..or was it video deposition, I can't remember. But the dude did show the document that Amber had not signed.

It’s so annoying!!!!!! Why swear to tell the truth whatsoever if lawyers, wrongdoers, judges, and the bar association are all going to ignore lying on the stand! I know Andy and Chris are tired of this topic, but if we are silent about this, then Amber thinks the public doesn’t care and she wins (again), and moves onto another victim! It's the language used purgery charges comes up if one knowingly lies and intends to lie. Then there are people who believe their lie so much that to them it's the truth. Because in a trial there is two sides and if one side is found true then by definition the other side would be considered a lie that is why purgery isnt prosecuted as much because the prosecutor would have to show that the person knowingly and intentionally lied

Elaine is 10 times worse than Amber, because she is an officer of the Court. She is supposed to flatly REFUSE to suborn perjury on her client's part. And if Amber insists--that is sufficient grounds for a lawyer to go to the judge and move to be removed from the case. Elaine has done enough to at least be sanctioned and censured--and possibly even suspended or disbarred.

That’s why everyone needs to file a report with the Virginia board that certifies lawyers! Elaine broke the ethics requirements and continues to do so...but she was the president of that ethics board for years so she knows a lot of people and can call in favors! It’s time for us to put our foot down and demand equal treatment and for her to be held accountable and reprimanded or lose her license - the “good old boy/girl club” is still alive and well for elites and this is proof that it’s who you know not what you know! Elaine needs to be stripped of her law degree and should be debarred! And Amber needs to be charged with perjury - no trial needed for the attorney general of VA to charge her bc there is flat out proof of her lying! Further, all the states and countries where Amber abused Johnny need to step up and press abuse charges on Amber! The state can charge her for DV, JD would be their witness - need to happen yesterday!

I absolutely agree with you. I've been around for a while on youtube telling everyone my opinions on Elaine and I just cant stand how people fall for this "confused old lady" act and justify her vile action with "shes just doing her job", "poor Elaine, being forced to defend AH". Nobody has to turn off their principles to do their job, specially a lawyer - JDs team proved that to the world. Also, elaine is not forced to defend Amber, as you said, she could have walked away the.moment she saw what was going on- in fact, a previous lawyer of Amber did just that when the first audios came out and she realized she had been lied to. They are together because they are the same. Elaine should receive some sort of punishment for her declarations and for wasting the court time again and again, as should the organizations that are paying for her to basically drag the legal system under the bus in a PR crusade

We plan to appeal., INSTEAD of saying it wasn't my fault, it was everyone else's, like a child. Even during the case, we could see how she was fighting dirty.

Justice isn't instant, it's slow and steady when it works. There is a chance they are making their case for perjury and taking there time to make sure it's air tight. It would make sense to keep it quiet because she does have the resources to flee the country

There's plenty of evidence from the trial and from her press tours. The BAR is overseen by attorneys, so it's tough to get consequences. But, if enough people register complaints about the same things, I wonder if it would give them enough cause to act, even if its just so they don't look bad to the public. Not sure if that would work or not, but its a thought....for sure.

I mean, I think the biggest con was saying that she can't pay back the pledge because she was sued when in reality she had the money for 13 months prior to ever being sued. Having an attorney asking a leading question in order for AH to lie under oath, in front of the attorney representing the insurance company has got to be against some rule of the Bar Association. Can Elaine lose her license to practice for this? It's one thing knowing your client is lying, but to ask a question worded to allow this lie, then continue the lie in closing argument? This is wrong in so many ways!

The entire point of insurance is you take it out just in case. The reason it’s not defrauding is because they do not cover willfully caused damage. The insurance company decided Amber did this willingly and maliciously not accidentally and as a result the insurance will not payout.

Apparently the courtroom 'oath' is purely ceremonial unless it's a criminal trial. Now it sounds like the Bar Associations oath is ceremonial as well. What about the Hippocratic oath, Peace Officers oath... All the other oaths we have? All this is good to know if I ever find myself in court. What terrible precedences this one trial has set for the rest of the country!

Thank you once again for a very informative post. Elaine hired private detectives to dig up dirt on Johnny. Apparently they went back decades, interviewed many people who knew or worked with Johnny, friends, relatives . Instead of finding any dirt on Johnny, they found plenty on Amber So Elaine was not blind to her crimes. She is the worst type of lawyer, only interested in money. But if the Bar Association does nothing, the public can withhold using her services? Power to the people

Ok, we have Travelers now, but now the question that MUST be answered: Does Travelers also have a clause that states that they will not pay damages and can claw back what was paid in attorney's fees in the case of Malice or deceit? If they do not have that clause, then I beyond highly question their integrity and would strongly suggest anyone with any type of policy with them immediately run out the door and change to a different insurer.
