This “folder of notes” just proves to me that she has been plotting this a long time!

She had been blackmailing him for ages saying basically if he didn’t pay what she demanded and give her houses etc she would go public. So glad it all back fired on her.

Her “abuse” claims were litigated and she lost. She was found guilty of being malicious. She’s trying to retry the case she LOST!

The scale of her criminality is breath-taking. She planned every step from the start. Prodigious!

The fact that she said in the interview that this trial was the worse thing that has ever happened to her proves that she was never abused by Johnny because THAT would have been the worse thing that happened to her in her life. The trial was a piece of cake compared to the things she claims Johnny did to her...seriously!

She's a perfect example of gaslighting! Everything Amber claims Johnny did to her is really what she did to Johnny!

So, AH can entirely skip due process and hold court on a MSM platform with no judge, jury, or attorneys to hold her accountable? It's utterly disrespectful to the judicial system and the jurors who spent six weeks of their lives on this trial.

As a medical professional, we’re supposed to report anything to police if we feel that our client is in danger of harm from or harm to themselves and others. What a great “doctor”

Nate the Lawyer was talking this morning about her sudden change in terms of when the abuse supposedly started. She had previously testified 3 times under oath (including in this US trial) that the first time it happened was in 2013. But when she came back from the 10-day break, suddenly she changed her tune and claimed it was really in 2012. Apparently what happened is that after the trial had started, her team wanted to submit a new picture into evidence in which she had some blood on her lip. This picture was claimed to be from the first event in 2013 when she asked about JD's 'WINO FOREVER' tattoo and she claims he slapped her. The judge refused to allow it into evidence because it wasn't submitted to JD's team during Discovery. In response to the judge's decision, Amber's team's leaked the photo to TMZ to get it out in the public. The problem was that TMZ looked at the photo's metadata and saw it actually was from 2012, not from the time in 2013 when she'd said the first abuse happened. This created a big problem for her, because now there was a clear example sent out into the public of her using a picture to support an abuse claim that was actually from a totally different time than she claimed the abuse happened. The way she decided to deal with it was to come back from the 10-day break and testify that the first event, which she had said she'd never forget when it happened ... well, she had forgotten when it happened, cause it was actually a year earlier. She claimed she came to learn this revelation by looking at the therapist notes ... but she'd already had those when she testified earlier in her testimony that the first event happened in 2013. The whole changing of the date to 2012 appears to have been a way to cover her ass _outside_ the courtroom because of that photo she'd sent to TMZ. I had no real purpose in the context of the trial itself.

As someone who works in the field of substance use, which is incredibly more strict than mental health, a therapist is not legally permitted to release their notes. The only time that this will happen is if a judge subpoenas them and really pushes for them. They can't even be released to the client. Ever. But the whole point is that they are meant for the therapist, they are what the client states, and what the therapist observes. They are not legal documents. They are not facts. They literally are hearsay. You will get nothing from them. The notes are only kept by the therapist for reference for the client so they can determine the client's treatment. That's it. So, no smoking gun here.

Sadly, I think she plotted all that time. That’s why she was “documenting” with so many pics, texts, and therapy sessions. I think she targeted him, researched his preferences (which is why they liked the same music, books, movies), and planned to pull a grift for fame, money, properties, and cars. That’s why the prenup and postnup was so triggering for her in Australia.

After testifying how she remembers the first time he hit her so vividly, the dirty carpet, her breath on the car window, how you don't come back from that etc, backpedaling and saying it actually wasn't the first instance of physical abuse... It's like she's actively looking for ways to drive her own credibility further into the ground.

There’s no way a therapist had time to write fully cursive neat notes like that, so if they were legit they would have to be transcribed. And if they’re transcribed then why would you take the time to write them out like that? Why didn’t this therapist testify so it wouldn’t be hearsay, it would be evidence? If you report something to a therapist, they have to write it down. If they think it's true, they have to report it..it was never reported. Those are HER claims, her words...not the truth! She never had evidence or physical proof or the therapist would have been legally required to report it to the police!

Riddle me this…. If AH is telling her “therapist” that she is being “beaten and abused”, wouldn’t the therapist have an obligation to report such “horrific” abuse.

She changed her story when Tug showed a video with proof contrary to Amber's timeline, her people were clearly watching KZfaqrs bring the real news, with real evidence and the way people responded to it. That's also why her demeanor on the stand changed so dramatically.

Johnny's attorneys need to get an injunction to prevent her from continuing these lies. If she continues after that the court will deal with her being in contempt.

(If true) The things Amber said Johnny did to her sexual/physical abuse were really violent, can’t imagine a scenario where a therapist would just sit on this for years just writing notes. The way Amber described some of the attacks and the bruising she got from Johnny were/could’ve been life threatening, at some point authorities would’ve been called.

Question: Did this therapist ever counsel Amber to seek medical care for her injuries or to document the injuries with pictures and/or medical records? Would these 'calls to action' be in the notes?

Just as a few of you are asking about this - my understanding is that the therapist was on the witness list, Depp's team didn't object, and Elaine decided not to call her, probably worried about cross.

The REASON they had to correct the "timeline" after the break is because Heard's legal team leaked a photo to TMZ that they couldn't get in as evidence because it was well after discovery, that showed her with a split lip that was supposedly after the initial incident. HOWEVER, TMZ looked at the Metadata of this photo and revealed in a podcast accompanying the photo that it was taken in 2012. This exploded on Twitter, so THEN, immediately after the break, they had to do damage control and IMMEDIATELY after the jury entered, the FIRST question from Elaine went directly to "fixing" the timeline discrepancy. It was WORSE than a train wreck. But that intentionally leaked photo is why she "suddenly" remembered, by reviewing the "therapist's notes", that the first instance of abuse was now a full year earlier. Even though she WAS allowed to use the same notes in the UK trial, where her Declaration also stated 2013, plus her deposition for this trial (even though they tried to get those notes admitted from the beginning), plus her initial testimony on the stand. So that's THREE DIFFERENT instances of Heard testifying under oath that the "abuse" started in 2013, but after the intentionally leaked photo, they quickly had to change it to 2012, because TMZ caught them in the lie.....

Devil's advocate: I'm actually glad MSM gave her the platform to speak. AH herself is showing those folks who didn't watch the trial why she isn't credible, that a lot of what she says is not consistent with being a victim (like she holds no ill will, CURRENTLY loves him, & that the trial and NOT the abuse is the worst thing she ever experienced), and essentially why the jury ruled the way they did. You can plain as day see that she is not all right upstairs and the more emotionally intuitive will pick up the narcissism and obsession. 11:40: Dr. Curry is one of my favorite people in this trial. Her assessment was spot-on, especially the part about abandonment issues, and people should definitely pay attention. Plus, due to the Goldwater Rule (which Chew hashed out with Dr. Doofenshmirtz) hers was the only real applicable psychiatric opinion in this trial.

why would any therapist hand her their notes but not come forward? why didn't they testify?

I feel abused by AH in the way that JD said in court: “…because I know this shit never ends.” She won’t stop. Been a nurse in a mental health setting for some time, and I will say that those notes look very suspicious. Big and bold lettering of CONFIDENTIAL right on top? I've never seen a clinical note like that and it seems like a bad idea to draw attention to HIPAA protection. Secondly the note is all free writing. I've never seen any clinical note, whether therapist, doc, or nurse that was all free writing. There is always a section of boxes and then another section for free writing.

She's full of crap. I've said the same, AH never dreamed he'd take her to court for sure. She'd be enough to drive anyone mad with her attitude. I think she thrives on being argumentative!

Lastly the "therapist's notes" looked exactly like AMBER'S hand writing and there was no letterhead or letter with therapist's signature. Or she could have had her sister or Elaine write them .And all the points that were addressed were exactly the ones that were in the trial with no evidence. she is conniving and vindictive . She is smart, like Johnny said . She has been manipulating everything, every move and loophole she could find. I don't hesitate to believe that she's promised money to anyone to do her bidding or lie for here. I bet she gave money to her sister to hide it for her, so she could claim being broke. But it's not a criminal investigation so they can't track down where the 7 million went? Or who's private plane she is using. I bet she's doing interviews for the money and to try to add extra evidence in to the unfair case. I bet she thinks this will help her appeal.

Her new "evidence" is all hearsay. I've seen vindictive people do this with therapists. I was dating a man once who had major drama with his kids and ex wife. She did similar things to build a case against him. I remember one day he had taken the day off work to attend a therapy session with his ex wife and son who was around 6 yo. It was planned for at least a month. The day of the appointment he received a text from his ex just before he was leaving that the doctor canceled the appointment. I told him he needed to call the doctor's office himself since his ex had already filed a false restraining order against him and put his kids in therapy. When he called to find out why the appointment was canceled, the person at the office said it was noted that the ex wife canceled because the child's father had the child and he was drunk and couldn't drive. He had taken the day off for the appointment and did not have his son, she did. The therapist had requested that he join the sessions because the 6 yo was reporting that his father was a drunk. The ex wife was coaching the son and deliberately building a case against the man I was dating. It was all lies. Just like Amber's "evidence". All this shows me is that she had been planning to blackmail Johnny out of a ton of money from the beginning of their relationship.

I truly am beginning to fear for Johnny's safety. I mean, what more is this woman capable of doing to him? She seems to be desperate at this point! She really is a very disturbed person!!

Any doctor or therapist would have to report suspected abuse to law enforcement as well.

I initially dismissed her "doctor's notes" claim just because, as they were a therapist's notes, they wouldn't be admissible in court for a good reason. But now that I've seen other people speculating she wrote them herself- that's a good point. I saw a comment saying therapists don't write in longhand like that- which was also my thought. I've even seen some msm outlets noting the therapist's handwriting is similar to Heard's. Newsweek showed a tweet giving a side by side comparison of her writing and the therapist's and they def could be by the same person.

Even if the Notes are real it’s not medical records inquiring about injuries sustained with dates. The notes were not admitted because of 2 levels of hearsay.

My thought is that every time she told her therapist about alleged abuse was times she was abusive because of her personality disorder, she talked about the abuse without implicating herself, but said it was Johnny.

when asked "why are you doing this interview" the interviewer forgot to ask if one of the reasons is "are you broke" This folder of notes contains years and years of proof that i was abused...i was up all night writing them!!!

For everyone that watched the trial, we know: - She perjured her self on the stand. - She admitted the article was about Depp - She falsified evidence, for example providing the same pictures for different alleged assaults - She staged pictures of his drug use - She took pictures of everything but her alleged injuries - She failed to provide any medical records to back up her injury claims - She changed her abuse timeline half way through the trial to the very beginning of the relationship (yet she gave him a huge Bowie knife early on) - She refused and failed to submit her phone and devices for discovery - She says the police, park manager and everyone who was not her witness’s are liars - She uses pledge and donate synonymously - She claimed Kate moss was pushed down the stairs but wasn’t - Evidence showed during and after her days of alleged abuse that she was flawless but anyone else would be in hospital recovering from such alleged abuse injury’s - She admitted she abused Depp, taunted him that no else would believe he’s an abuse victim not even a jury - She had the full 7 million divorce settlement for over a year and failed to donate the full 7 million as per her claim she had done that on British national TV If anyone else can think of anything else that’s factual please feel free to add it to this list…

Yes Andy! The clarification of the therapist was perfect. You said it in a way everyone can understand. I was in therapy for over 18+ years. Multiple types of methods. I had a Psychiatrist also but all she did was medication. There's a lot of methods, a ton actually. The kind that finally worked for me was called Psychodrama therapy. It's a brutal way but amazingly effective.

Even if everything she told her therapist was real, it still need to be backed up with medical records to support her claims. Like, we learn this in English class: you have a claim, theory or hypothesis, no matter how legit it sounds, needs to be backed up with supporting facts. I don't understand why she does not understand this simple concept!

One of the sickest videos is the one of her dancing and singing in the car, with her sister. Right after she left court extorting Johnny for 7mill tax free (14mill). That’s when u see the real Amber.

A “Therapist” is still a medical provider, and then, too, also a mandated reporter. If AH did in fact report allegations of abuse and neglect the clinical employee is responsible for the reporting within 24 hours Obviously, there was never any such reports to Adult Protective Service

There's no incriminating evidence that would have overturned trial her main angst is her incoherent lies werent admitted and/or not believed by the judge and jury.

Something to consider is, that when one goes to a therapist they generally tell you upfront, that anything you say to them which is threatening to you or to them, they are required to report. If the therapist believed Amber was being abused, the therapist would have had to report it regardless of whether Amber gave consent.

My favorite thing so far was a guy selling blank post-its as "authentic notes written by amber heard in court", that was good for a laugh.

During the trial break, AH’s PR team sent a picture of her busted lip that was supposed to be from the first incident to TMZ. TMZ checked the metadata and it was from 2012 so AH had to change her story. Nate the Lawyer did an excellent video on it this morning!

Telling a therapist ( most people say I am seeing a therapist ) is totally different than a doctor seeing and getting treated for abuse that is happening!

Her timing to change her testimony as to when it all started... was due to the thought that she could use these notes later on to rescue her from all the backlash in the public. It's obvious because she's using it now.

Aren’t therapists mandated reporters? Meaning that legally they would be obligated under law to report any abuse they’ve been told to authorities. So, it just seems like huge incompetence on that therapists part and like something they could lose their license over.
