The Winston
Out of all the proprty tours I have done thus far. The Winston is by far my favorite. I littrally could not stop saying "oh my gosh" with every room I entered in. It was breath taking.
The Winston is a Georgian style luxury apartment complex with top-class finishes, large spacious interiors in the heart of Braynston. There are 40 units available (2, 3 & 4 bedroom), ranging from 130-200sqm. It's just around the corner from Nicolway shopping center & Bryanston Virgin Active and a 10min drive from Sandton.

What about security ?? Major problem out in South Africa for any expat looking to move there love the apartment but is the area secure and what security do they have in place ?

Hi Nigel. Braynston is an upper middle class suburb mostly residential and very close to Sandton which has a high concentration businesses and shopping centres. The greater area has a high level of protection both by private security companies and government police. The Braynston/ Sandton area has seen a slight inrease (less that 3%) in crime in 2019-2020 with house roberies being the primary crime committed in the area. Braynston crime stats also report crimes due to "river occupation" by home less people. Compared to crime rate in other residential areas in the northern side of Johannesburg, it is one of the safest areas to live in. The Winston it's self has a 24 Hour security and gate access control. We also did see a patroling security gaurd inside the residence together with a electric fencing right round the property. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for reaching out.
