One of the names suggested by the Guardian is Sherrod Brown. There are many reasons why I think he'd be a great candidate (in short--from Ohio, has both mainstream Dem and progressive appeal--I'm a former 'Bernie bro' and I'd vote for him enthusiastically), and while I can hear Mark and others object that "he's too old" (he's 71), maybe, but at least you can't say he's untried and untested on the national stage, which is Melissa's main criticisms of the other possibilities. Put one of the younger names as his VP and I think it would be fine.

Didn't you vote for him to be your candidate? Stand by your man! No loyalty or accountability. If you do this, everybody in the know who covered this up should be removed from the party. This includes obama!
