Thanks Chris. Yes it does, I did something to a nerve in my shoulder that affects my hand while deployed a couple years ago. The boxer is amazing, if I can’t get it sold I’ll hold on to it in case I get things worked out. Switching over sucks, I was on crossfire and the switch to ELRS was a pain at first but now I love it. Awesome, I hope you really enjoy it and it works perfectly for you.

I agree this is the best blue out there, I was very happy to find this version. There are a few things where I think the boxer is better, for me it was better for pinching, I can’t seem to do that with the Zorro or the Pocket which I have now, much greater battery life and 1 watt built in. Other than that, I think generally it’s a really fantastic radio that is feature rich for just about anybody that flies FPV drones. I’m hoping that Radiomaster will make a 1W Zorro or Pocket so I don’t have to use an external module not that it’s a real big deal, it’s just one more thing to deal with though. I had the Tango 2, which I really liked, but was having a lot of issues with reliability so switched to ELRS. The battery life isn’t the best but I would say I get an hour+ and I have a second set of batteries for longer flying days. I know some people add a battery on the outside but that defeats the purpose of being a nice portable design in my opinion. Thank you and good luck finding your next radio!

Well, as much as I like(ed) it, I had to give it up due to some nerve issues in my hands that made it not very comfortable to me. It’s a really awesome radio though. I’m not a pincher although I have dabbled with it and someone with more experience than me could answer better but here’s my take. If you could rest it on your legs, or find a way to get a smaller radio solid feeling with a lanyard and pressed against themselves it might work? I’m sure people do it but it seems like it might be awkward? Sorry I don’t have a better answer there. As for as the battery thing, if you are out flying lots of hours in a single sessions, maybe, when I was using it regularly I had a spare pair of batteries and was always good.

You can buy 1600mAh 18350 ( flat top ) cells that fit perfectly in the newer Zorros. However i would stay clear of RM because their 1 year warranty is not worth the paper its on. Also new Zorros have RT Clock issues !.

It’s a fantastic radio and I love how it’s all set up switch wise. Oddly I like a button for my arming but I do know they get sticky and jammed up often so a little switch is good

I'm not using it anymore, I had 2 zorro's but sold this one and my dad has my other one. I've been flying with the pocket a lot and just recently went to the Jumper T20. I've got some nerve issues and the these 2 radios are working best for me. TX16S and Boxer were both unusable for me after a few minutes of flying, zorro I really liked but the pocket feels even better for me. The weird shape of the T20 also works really well for me.

@@smithe68 good to know thank you! i dont like the boxer for one reason, the switches. i dont like the stlye of them but looking at the t20 i like it. and the elrs version with the ability to do 1w is a win as well with out having a module. like i said i want something smaller and lighter for hiking

@@WhiteTrashFPV I would highly suggest the Pocket for hiking even though you don’t like the style of switches. The sticks come off and stick in the grips and you can chuck it in a bag or pocket with zero worries of breaking anything. It’s one of the big reasons I have it. Only 250mw but I’ve flown miles away with it. Plus at like $65 it’s a great deal for a 2nd radio.

When I get home from work tonight I will put on a blind fold and have my wife hand them to me randomly and see if I can tell the difference between the two.

@@naveennishad so I let me start with not only did I wear a blind fold but, I took off the battery covers and I wore some thin gloves so I couldn’t feel the stick ends because they are different and that would have given it away immediately. With that out of the way I could definitely feel a difference between the two and, no matter how many times my wife handed them to me, I could pick out the different versions easily. I don’t know if this will make sense but I found the stock gimbals to be smoother with a lighter feel even though the spring tension on them might be firmer and the AG01s to feel more solid and precise. I hope that helps even a little bit and I realize it’s totally subjective.

All I’ve seen are the leather stitched grips and AG01 gimbals. I’ve not seen the switch gear anywhere unfortunately.
