Thank you for your input. I was wondering the same thing when it comes to my background music. If I'm listening through the speakers, it sounds ok but when I'm using my headset, I find it loud as well.

Great video, I’m about to buy one of those stands... it’s getting hard to choose between the Corsair ST100 and the Razer Chroma V2... I want it in black, so... which one is better deal? They both cost $69.99 (the new Razer is more stylish tbh, but my gaming mouse is Corsair)

Hi! I about to order one in pink, but what happens if you connect it to the wall instead of the computer ? Rgb lights doesn’t work?

The Razer Base Station V2 Chroma comes with a USB cable. It's designed to connect to a computer, laptop, USB extension or USB Hub. The USB cable is not designed to be plug directly to a wall or an electrical outlet unless you're planning to use some sort of adapter.

It'll work if you plug it into the wall via usb adapter, but you won't be able to set custom color settings, it's gonna be rainbow puke only.

RGB will work but only with the same spiral rotation. Unless it comes with an on board memory (doubt it does) to store custom settings, it won't be able to stay in a certain mode you wish.

Does RGB (with the wave) keep working if it's plugged into the outlet instead of being plugged into the computer ?

I actually never tried plugging in any of my headset stands straight to an outlet but the Razer Base Station V2 Chroma comes with a default RGB lightning effects without installing Razer Synapse Software.

Noob question - does it matter which USB port I connect the device to, whether it's 2.0 or 3.0 on my desktop?

It only matters if you are gonna connect 3.0 devices into it! If not, then it won't matter where you connect it to your PC

I actually like them all. If I have to choose one, I have to go with Razer Base Station V2 Chroma (White) to match my current white theme setup. Which one would you go for?

Not suggest to buy Corsair , after more than year usage it’s detachable back usb port start loosing connection in my case, so considering to move to raiser.... So is more disadvantage than advatage

Bro if you can afford a razer base station v2 you can afford a better mic like the fifine k669b. Just my recoomendation. and please don't take this as hate but more like help.
