Bow fishing was always a big part of my life as a kid our family went to caseville every year for a long time to compete in thier bow fishing tournament.

Epic video man! Congrats on that monster grass carp. Would love to see you one day chase Gator Gar with a bow. I’ve done once in Texas, lost a monster grass carp on that trip but shot a good size alligator gar at the end of the trip they put up a very tough fight.

There are many chefs that are renaming it and serving it. I forget the name I heard yesterday. Silver something. But it looked beautiful and the tasters said it was delicious and tender. Fresh and light. It was white meat. The chef pan seared both sides with butter and olive oil and then added wine and lemon juice and herbs. Then more lemon and threw all of it in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Then plated it and poured the remaining butter and herbs all over and served with some fancy green beans.
