it would be amazing to see rdj iron man come back as a conquered variant, that lost to thanos, and was made to watch his family and world die . if he had only reacted and not let fear win . his whole arc would see him aged. darker. damaged . yet reconizes that this world and his family as well in this world still need him very much . thiswould build to a moment in secret wars where he does not hesitate, makes the hard choice. complety willing to die . yet some how will not , and will get a happily ever after with his family , similar to rogers staying in the past . if this is done right, it would draw the audience back quickly .

I believe Holland's Spidey will spead too thin eventually. It's not the lack of interest the other characters have, it's the storytelling MCU writing gives. Not having Kang in The Marvels , not taking The Thor 📽 seriously with tragic storylines , no connected cliffhangers & proper Correspondence between movies is what contribute to what The MCU have today.

I dont think it diminishes their sacrifices. You have the timeline and multiverses collapsing and Loki is just buying time for everyone. I would love for cap, widow, tony, thor, hulk and others come back to save the universe and earth 616! This time have a larger Avengers team with winter soldier, antman, starlord, strange, add some Xmen and variants. It could ultimately be big like End Game.👍🏻

They really need to just bring RDJ back, he can be a variant from a universe that doesn’t survive secret wars and gets placed on the new timeline since the OG iron man died, he could be similar but different and still be a hero. Same with Chris Evens and Scarlet Johansson.

My theory is that the reason Sony wants to combine universes in spider man 4 is so they can fast track getting them into the mcu instead of waiting for secret wars due to them being able to say “this is apart of the mcu! Please watch our movies!”

I believe they should recast and focus on building up the recasted Kang's character as variants. They could use Rama-Tut with Moon Knight, Scarlet Centurion with Captain Marvel, and Immortus with Dr. Strange. Let the Young avengers deal with thunderbolt stuff and Scarlett witch can introduce Dr. Doom via Darkhold stuff. There's just so much opportunity to still make everything connected.

I'm going to be thrilled if the Empress Lilandre ever shows up in the MCU. I also think Riri Williams makes a good Iron Man replacement and the focus will shift as to whose the main character or leader in the MCU.

ALSO, there's a pretty cool link with Tom Holland here, and "Across the Spider-Verse." Huh, you say? Not directly, but through causality..."Across the Spider-Verse" confirms the connections to the MCU, in that these two multi-verses will come to a merge, bringing in Tom (as well as Toby and Andrew, seeing that they are canon). Plus, it IS true...in an INTERVIEW, lord and Miller have confirmed this...AND, once "Beyond the Spider-Verse" is wrapped up, they are going to work on the live-action Miles Morales Spider-Man story, which (this is JUST theory) I imagine is going to take place in Andrew's Universe, considering what Electro said to him in "No Way Home," and Andrew nodding his head, acting similar to how he did when trying to "hide" his involvement in "No Way Home." Partly Speculation, theory, and ideas...just some opinions from a Marvel fan.

Perfect movie for Spider-Man to get the symbiote... He could get it from the Tom Hardy scene or even from the Rami universe some how. Heck, what if we got three versions of the symbiote. It would be dope if Tom Hardy's venom was in there too. I just feel like they have to do the symbiote in Secret Wars because that's the comic origin. Also, I want there to be a bunch of villains not just one as seen in the first run of Secret Wars. I don't think the second comic run would be the best for a movie adaptation. Too much god level stuff happens in the second Secret Wars runs. But probably going to be a mix of the first and second runs. Like Doom and Kang can't be the only two bad guys in SW that would just be boring. They can't just have a bunch of heroes fight mindless aliens like in Endgame. Endgame was dope but there were really only 3 or 4 proper bad guys and the rest were just monsters. SW has to be a bunch of heroes versus as bunch of villains or else it would just be another Endgame... Infinity War introduced some old villains but didn't really use them ie Redskull and I think there was a few more but I can't remember.

My ideal end to Kang Dynasty would be Kang or Doom forms Battle World by collapsing the timelines into one damaged mega timeline. Then Tom stumbles onto Tobey or Tobey and Andrew along with a couple other Avengers. As they're all figuring out wtf is going on, two figures approach them and it's Hydra Cap and Superior Iron Man played by Chris Evans and RDJ

One the biggest goof ups The MCU has ever done is tell The Infinity Saga WITHOUT Adam Warlock. They sold e half-way tale story to the audience who'll never have a chance to know a character with a rich storyline who had a lot to offer.

bring back the OG as variants from other universes doesn't cheapen the deaths or sacrifices. Having said that, bringing the OG actors as variants for a cameo appearance does seem disappointing and unnecessary. If Tony, Chris and Scarlett were to return, then they should have a major role in the Avengers films

I think Marvel just need to downscale back, I think we're mostly tired of the universal scale threats with unrelatable characters and abuse of comic "relief" . Like I'm all for a doctor Doom movie but seriously if they try to tie his story with every hero in the the MCU they'll just disappoint and fail us with the story. it need to be more self contained, the MCU concept was great, it lead to Endgame but they should've stopped it there. or just make few Avengers movie after but they should have explored other stories that didn't necessarily needed Avengers to work. put more time in the story. Take Loki series, I think most will agree that it was a success, and it's simple, they made a good story, sticked to it and it didn't feel like it was only preparing the ground for a next phase. it was on its own very entertaining with actual character development

u dont need a varient, he had time travel for an entire night before the battle against thanos and could have gone to the future, knowing that he was going to die the next day would make his sacrifice mean more and make it even more meaningful u dont have to undo it

That’s probably going to change and the reboot probably won’t happen. Secret wars is so far in the future a couple years that things might change again just like it is now. It’s so much news being pumped out now that’s just gaslighting the fans instead of just being patient and seeing what happens and what they end up doing

@@tonymontez2358 I hear you and agree with you, that's exactly what I did after the end of infinity war, never discussed avengers 4 with anyone or even search it online to prevent spoilers and trust me watching it in theaters was the best experience of my life. But during that time I was sure as f that endgame was going to be a success but as of now Secret wars is going to flop in every way hence me watching these theories to kinda see where it's heading lol

I pray that they dont just try to recycle these stories after the reboot with new actors. We need something different. The MCU needs to evolve. Somethint similar to Marvels Wastelanders audio series. A desolate world half destroyed, and run by the bad guys. Doom, Red Skull, Taskmaster, Emma Frost, Sabertooth. We need a world that is ran by the villains

The way they do this is they have Tony come back as a variant like you said he doesn’t know Peter Peter knows him he’s kind of just like our Tony but he’s bad so with all of his tech, he then figures out some type of magic by being brought into battle world and he turns into Dr. doom, so we have DJ Tony Stark, who becomes Dr. doom

Ok, I have the perfect scene for this. Battleworld, a lot of heroes from around the multiverse are present, and Peter, ours, see's an Iron Man but he is wearing a white armor. He walks up behind him and taps him on the shoulder. IM turns around and suddenly stumbles back and his mask opens, revealing RDJ totally looking like he see's a ghost. He embraces peter. As they talk over each other they discover that in each of their universes it was the other who sacrificed themselves to save the universe Peters sacrifice pushed Tony to become superior IM And we know what happens with Peter already. Imagine the fan service just that scene would cause.

@@potterhead1439 Well, you and i do not make the movies, and the idea of either of them making the ultimate sacrifice. even if that sacrifice takes place in an alternate universe. Downey will not return unless they have a way to do it that doesnt ruin his previous exit. Marvel also confirmed they do not want to remove it. It would also IMO be a great way to not only show but to justify a more hardcore Iron Man in Superior Iron Man than having Stark be motivated by Peters sacrifice. Also He may after being sort of reunited with peter see that his methods border on villainous. It would make a decent character arc in a film that will be bloated with characters.

@@MW66VB you know why I actually think they will return cox if we see, endgame itself had a TRUCKLOAD of fan service in it and seeing the mcu now I highly doubt they can create a story like infinity war so it will be a SIN to say that there will be 0 fan service in Secret wars, now considering none of the Fans have any connection with the new characters (nor will have any) there is 0 chance of creating fan service for these characters hence the biggest fan service being reuniting the OG avengers and trust me they will do it even though as of now kevin feige seems to kind of deny this.

It's possible to bring back Robert Downey Jr. Well Iron Man died in Avengers Endgame, they're definitely not touching that, maybe in a different Avengers alternative timeline where Hawkeye sacrifices himself to get the soul stone and Captain America uses the stone and died and Tony and Black Widow survives. There's possible chances that Tony would return.

Best way to bring RDJ back would be everyone going through the multiverse recruiting and they get to a universe where iron man is retired and his son takes over the role but the avengers try to recruit his son and the RDJ has a moment with his son saying he would go be the hero if he was iron man( referencing end game). This just ruins his original arc. Marvel needs to bring back Cap and Tony. Recasting younger actors and having them come in as variants would be the best approach. Please leave Chris Evans' and RDJ's legacies alone.

No ot would ruin the characters legacy more and people are 100% going to end up complaining for recasting beloved characters and especially seeing marvel they would not hesitate to do it with a diverse character. So either don't bring back either of them or bring back RDJ's iron man and Chris Evan's cap

@@potterhead1439 Captain America and Ironman are staples of any cross-functional storyline in the comics. Not having them there for Secret Wars would be strange and would ultimately create an unbalanced film imo. Bringing back the OG actors though, would feel like a copout, not to mention RDJ will be in his freaking 60s by the time they start filming. You also need those two characters moving forward, so the best play is to recast younger actors (use the multiverse excuse, yet again), make sure you have a damn good story to justify them being there instead of the OG actors, and make sure they're part of the cinematic universe well into the future. But you're right, I have 0 faith in Marvel at the moment. They're more than likely messing up Secret Wars anyway.

@@kuakilyissombroguwi i get your point though an argument can be made for chris evans, dont get me wrong Chris Evans DOES NOT old, like people say they are getting too old to play the characters but they dont look old, and can always have stunt double. Although for RDJ i agree but lets not forget that when Tony died he was 53, so seeing a older tony stark (plus lets not forget makeup and CGI can make actors look young, tom cruise example) and I belive with the combination of good writing this will be a safe option as casual fans (making 70% of the audence) will be hyped seeing them also lets not forget if they do this Secret wars is guaranteed to beat infinity war (easily) but also has a chance of beating Endgame and possible making 3B

@@potterhead1439 If they bring back the OG actors the film will for sure make at least 1b at the box office, but it won't lead to scalable success. Meaning, they won't be able to sustain it. Why? Well, for starters, even if RDJ doesn't do the stunts, I doubt he'll sign a multi film contract for a physically demanding superhero role in his 60s, so they'll have to recast either way. Second, Chris Evans stated recently he's very protective of the legacy of Cap, and would only consider returning if the script is gold, which, have you watched MCU films lately... Marvel should be careful not to go with penny wise but pound foolish ideas. You can't build a cinematic universe on sand.

It's kind of a hot take, but I hope we get David hassle hoffs colonel Nick Fury in the Multiverse saga as The 90s Nick Fury from Nick Fury an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the 90s animated shows universe as not only are the 2 Nick Furys different ranks Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Colonel Fury from the 90s, but both Furys are in charge of S.H.I.E.L.D. In their respective universe's but Director Fury and Colonel Fury have very different personalities despite being variants of the same person and I just really want to see 90s Nick Fury back as they are like 2 different people both cool in very different ways. 90s Nick Fury is also in old Marvel games like Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 Great Marvel Games. Just to let people know I am only 25 years old so I'm not that old but I actually do think that Nick Fury an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D is a great movie not even just for its time but a great movie in general that in my opinion still holds up in many ways even today and should have got a Sequel or even a Trilogy maybe it could of even been the Start of a 90s Marvel movie franchise similar to the MCU That includes the unrelated Roger coleman fantastic four movie that is still the best fantastic 4 movie to this date Rodger Corman should of been able to make a fantastic four trilogy in my opinion if the Late Great Stan the man Lee my hero and yours ever made a bad decision for Marvel it was to not release that fantastic four movie. It would have been great to have a Marvel movie franchise back then just not including The Doctor Strange or Howard the duck movies from back then but even the 1990 Captain America movie was okay although a product of its time and they did the Incredible Hulk Daredevil and Thor good in the 70s different to the Hulk Thor and Daredevil we know now but still good so they probably could of done them even better come the 90s in movie from because that was just the 70s Incredible Hulk show and straight to T.V Movies also they did Spider-Man bad in the 70s but I bet they could of done Spider-Man better in the 90s Especially using 1994s Spider-Man The Animated Series as source material for any 90s Spider-Man live Action movie that could of happened instead of the 60s show or many of the old comics as in my opinion even though Spider-Man The Animated Series was inspired by the source material from the comics Spider-Man The Animated Series took what the comics did and did it better made it more streamlined. 90s Marvel movie franchise what could of been rant over. I hope to see David hassle hoffs colonel Nick Fury in the MCU Multiverse saga at least in Secret wars or more if not the Hoff than someone else as a version of that same white guy 90s Nick Fury. Speaking of the MCU soft reboot after "Avengers: Secret Wars" I'm really excited for that film to give us the Marvel Universe we've all always wanted and just no licensing deals from other companies and just have a universe with all the Marvel characters in it for us especially since it says so on the "MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios", and I'm real excited how Spider-Man 4 will be a stepping stone from the film that will probably adapt the 2015 crossover event just like Deadpool 3, Shang-Chi 2, and Fantastic Four will be too. It's just much like the "MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios" book. I just don't get what this source means that the MCU and SSU won't merge with each other especially since according to the book itself; the SSU will be canon to the MCU here, it just doesn't make sense to me here is what I find problematic to him here

They should make superior iron man be a consistent character even after the reboot and have him be iron mans daughters main villain. And he remains undefeated for a good while. Until another movie comes out with iron man’s daughter over coming the mind of her psychotic father with her own mind. Make him terrifying but not have him kill her because he respects his lineage even if she’s not his daughter. So that way it makes sense and keeps him as a formidable entity and a good threat for a few movies

There's a lot I don't understand about the MCU that i wish someone would address. Like how did the illuminati not know about Kang, or the Watcher, is he canon? If so, throughout all of Loki where is he? Or better yet where is his realm. There isn't an omni verse yet, we're stlll playing with the multiverse. Just like the TVA had its own timeline, could the Watcher come before or after the Kang era? Does the Watcher roam between the strands of timelines around the centre of the multiverse?

iron man had invented time travel but it was untested, and the fate of the universe depended on it working, he had time travel for a night before the battle against thanos so he tests it himself and goes to the future, where he finds that he died in the battle against thanos, this means that when he goes back in time to the events of endgame he knows he is going to die the next day, and doesnt run from it he says goodbye to his daughter and goes anyway, this is a way to exagerate his sacrifice and not belittle it but allows him to exist in the future in the fight against kang because he went into the future for a month or two during that one night

At this point we’ve already seen secret wars with the amount of leaks and spoiler videos. It’s been like 100 leaks videos for a movie that’s not coming out for a couple years, I don’t understand the appeal of knowing everything that’s going to happen in a movie years before it comes out instead of just waiting till the movie comes out and just watch it then
