Winging it would be MCU phase 4/5 and the Disney/Lucasfilm Star Wars sequel trilogy as neither had a clear goal to drive the story and it’s painfully obvious. Both were/are listless projects unlike Phase 1-3 of the MCU

I think ya'll underestimate people in general. Most people are well aware that Marvel had to fire jonathan majors after he was found guilty. As long as they make the transition between the old kang and the new kang seamless, the fans will just go right along with it. They just need to make the new kang stronger more powerful and more ruthless than the old kang. And they should have him kill ant man and gravely injure the wasp. Something he should have done in the original ant man three.

I believe they should recast and focus on building up the recasted Kang's character as variants. They could use Rama-Tut with Moon Knight, Scarlet Centurion with Captain Marvel, and Immortus with Dr. Strange. Let the Young avengers deal with thunderbolt stuff and Scarlett witch can introduce Dr. Doom via Darkhold stuff. There's just so much opportunity to still make everything connected.

I think that a character like the maker would be a good choice for a villain, along with a recast of kang and although I love Doom I think he deserves his own arc of him pulling strings (which we can retcon certain things like who set up the war between Wakanda and Talokan). Regardless the way that marvel likes to film and write needs to change in one way or another.

They already closed the kang story arc with Loki season 2 *spoiler* and how the TVA is monitoring all the kangs. So if they really want to kill off kang and make him a mini villain like ronin instead, just have start a movie with the 3 main kangs being killed by Dr. Doom. Much like how endgame started when thanos was fighting the hulk and the hulk lost.

Whether they pivot to Doom or just recast. None of that will matter unless they actually find GOOD writing teams for GOOD scripts. Say they introduce Doom, it will be all hype until said project comes out, but if the writing sucks the MCU will be right back to square 1.

I still think that the biggest issue that Marvel has is creative control over characters that Marvel fans actually care about (e.g., Spider-man, X-Men). If they could solve that problem, they wouldn't have to keep pushing C and D list characters in their own feature films to stay in the public eye. They can both recast Kang and start to move away from him as a primary character, and move toward Doom all at the same time. I think that was the groundwork that was laid by Loki Season 2 anyway.

I always knew that marvel was going to pivot into Doctor Doom even before this case when I saw the 2nd part was secret wars the only problem is now that they were gonna set up Doctor Doom probably good in Kang Dynasty as this villain who can kill a villain that exists throughout the multiverse and even controlled time. Now he is probably going to be rushed into other smaller movies and get a mediocre set up in the Fantastic 4 and then marvel is going to be like oh he’s the villain now

What if they switch to DOOM and with a very short speech, in a very DOOM like way, he states he took care of the KANG threat and took all of KANG's technology. Make it short to just show that for DOOM it wasn't much trouble disposing of KANG to make DOOM look that much more bad ass.

They aren't going to introduce a completely new major villain as a saga level threat like Doom when we are half way through this saga already without even introducing Fantastic 4. Just because they might not want to use Kang anymore doesn't necessarily mean they will pivot to a new villain. Endgame arguably didn't have a proper villain for the duration of the movie. The existential threat of incursions and multiverse destruction can be used as the inciting event for an Avengers film.

Yep - seriously didn't think it would be the verdict that we got - absolutely ridiculous as it was clear to see / understand that it was in fact THE GIRL got seriously upset when he broke up with her, and she was totally faking it when the police were trying to get her up from the position that she was texting her "friend" ALL NIGHT/EARLY MORNING up until the moment Majors returned to HIS 'flat' and then she puts on a performance for the police etc. How the Jury couldn't see this just goes to show that the human race are just completely DENSE!!! @@Itssheedyeah I just don't understand it at all. With the evidence presented, there was SERIOUS reasonable doubt (we know what happened come on!)... What was said about the timeframe of her speaking with her friend basically the whole time she was back at Majors home? Which was all up till when Majors got inside his own home, then all of a sudden she's almost catatonic for the police and her acting like she was asleep when Majors was on the phone with serious concern for her in his voice! This is a case of a scorned little girl that's thrown her dummy on the ground as she was broken up with and wants revenge, which the dumbass jury SOMEHOW played right into her lap. Seriously needs appealed, and I truly believe that it would be overturned. It shouldn't have even got as far as court! Video evidence etc and they still come up with that, they must be very simple jurors to believe her narrative of events, falling over drunk as a skunk which is likely were she got her scrape behind the ear! That result has seriously made me very p*ssed off and gutted for Majors!

Doom is too important to be rushed. The answer is to move forward with The Beyonder. Best choice for the role IMO is Seth MacFarlane. He looks exactly like the character and can add some comedic spice to the portrayal.

bty, I know this is random but what’s going on with Captain America New World Order with Anthony Mackey and Harrison Ford? Also Civil War 2 would be a cool Idea to reinvent captain marvel but don’t kill the hulk off as a catalyst for the movie. There can always be another reason for civil war 2 like the 5 year jump snap problem and power vacuum that’s happening with old and new heroes, villains, gods, mutants, inhumans, regular humans and otherwise.

Doctor Doom all day long please! but don’t just shoehorn him in give us some mystery, keep him a behind the scenes and then jump scare us and have Doom make a grand entrance and be like, Thanos who… and please if they have to have the beyonder character please don’t make him a Kang Variant. give us something new.
