At 18:54 Frost did have a straight flush, but I don't blame him for missing it cause it is a weird one. With the 'Four Fingers' Joker, straights and flushes both only require 4 cards. That means that you can make a straight with four cards in a hand and a flush with a different set of four cards in your hand to make a straight flush. In this case, the straight flush was Ace of Diamonds, King of Spades, Queen of Diamonds, Jack of Diamonds and 6 of Diamonds. The Ace, King, Queen and Jack make the straight, while the Ace, Queen, Jack and 6 make the flush.

This game doesn't suffer from the same problem as some other deck builders. Like STS, jumping in anywhere, and I know what is going on. Keep up the awesome content Frost!

Frost you missed the interest mechanic, for every 5 dollars you have up to 25 you get 1 extra dollar. So saving up at the start is really helpful for scaling cash

frost for some reason i think we have the same game taste it makes me so happy when you find a new game because, it finds me a new thing to try with some insight on it. I haven't seen many games you play that i haven't tried and loved. one of the few i haven't been able to try is Splunky. if you ever run into a game you like and don't think its youtube or twitch content i would love to hear you recommend it to people or even speak on it. Last but not least i would like to thank you for your content through everything thats been chaotic in my life your video's have made it easier to get through it and even gave me a reason to smile through it all. all and all i love your content and i hope you can keep it up, best of luck Frost.

I've been watching some others play this, and it can get bonkers when you're using tarots and spectrals to deck manipulate into normally impossible hands. Love to see more of this! (And want to see frost's reaction to 5oaK and/or flush house)

29:15 what the chat were talking about here was that with a 9 of hearts drawing frost could have used sun to convert his 8, 7 and 6 into hearts as well, which would have given him a straight flush

Btw, the Four Fingers is kinda absurd, because it allows you to make both straights and flush at the same time even if it doesn't make sense Had a straight with like the cards 6-10, but could add an Ace so it was also a flush (cause 4 of one card type)

I know it doesn’t particularly matter, but it bugs me when people confuse roguelike and roguelite. In order to be a roguelike, the game must play like the genre’s originator Rogue. Nethack and The Binding of Isaac are roguelikes, while Balatro and Dead Cells are roguelites.
