We are unboxing the brand new Roland RP-107. An excellent budget friendly family's first piano. It has an authentic tone, great playability and looks nice too. It comes with onboard Bluetooth so you can enhance your musical enjoyment through mobile devices and the companion Roland Piano App.
In terms of assembly, we recommend being two people when lifting the top part unto the stand. Other than that you only need a screwdriver. Enjoy!

Is the only difference between RP107 and RP701 the cabinet size, speakers, key touch settings and extra in-built tones?

Be careful with that DIN connector on the pedal board. I made one wrong twist and the prongs bent. Waiting for a replacement.Guess it has to go perfectly straight up and down.

Is the rp102 still a good buy? Beginner here.. but $560 vs $1,000 for the 107, might not be worth spending double. Thanks!
