Bandai knows what the fuck their doing, they take away the discount summon and lower the ex chance for the anniversary because on the Kakashi, Yamato, Jiraiya, and Minato summons, the ex ult chance was 2%, now its 1%.

Bro, why you continue summoning, if you see that Bandai want to shaft you? There's a good strategy: spend no more than 1500 shino and if you won't get an ultimate, you should stop, because it is obvious that if you didn't get an ultimate for 1500 shino, it means that you're not lucky today, so if you continue spending your shino, you either won't get an ultimate at all or you will get it after spending tons of shino, which is also not good. So make a break, and spend again no more than 1500, for example, on the next day. If you won't get an ultimate again, make a second break

Tip 1:dont open every banner(unless u want that charecter jutsu) like don't summon the banner of charecter which u will never use. unless if u r a powerful P2W don't summon on every banner
