Hello friends, i decided to make a new table saw for my workshop. I think it will be one of the most efficient diy table saw ever :) In this video i'll be making blade lift mechanism of my new table saw. I shared measurements and material names at the end of the video.

why lift the saw in parallel, if you can put a loop and lift it in the same way as adjusting the depth of the cut in the saw itself. It will come in handy for another device, but for a saw it's like a fifth wheel for a car.

Mind blending simplicity. Giving me ideas for my upcoming table saw build. I will be avoiding welding but the deconstruction of the saw and using a lift mechanism definitely great ideas to adapt. Can't wait for part 2!

Absolutely amazing method of adjusting height of saw. I would like to know whether the saw maintains it's height under pressure, eg. when the saw is cutting the wood, is there any change in height, as the only thing holding it there is a thread (which can wind/unwind under pressure) Would you still need to lock the saw off? Thank you. great design.

Nachdem ich den Zylinderschleifer nach deiner Anleitung gebaut habe, habe ich Lust bekommen, aus meiner alten Kreissäge demnächst eine Tischkreisäge zu bauen. Was mich noch ein wenig abhält ist die Lautstärke eine normalen Kreissäge. Aber der Weg ist das Ziel. Schaue immer wieder gerne bei Dir rein. Mach weiter so.

These videos are great. I watch them for the pleasure of a job well done. That said, I am far from the perfection of his work and I don't dare to start such a construction because the parts are expensive and I don't have the complete tools needed for this assembly. So, I'm watching for pleasure and congratulations to Gökmen!

Good work, I also have it that way, although I don't disassemble the angular screwdriver, with the two holes that it has on the sides it can be held very well with two angles. I have also used the same system for the router table

@@user-ne5km7qn9n Да, по его роликам я собрал верстак. Теперь вот попробую такой подъемник забацать. Мне идеи его нравятся. А в гараже места мало. С его идеями можно всё компактно сделать. Я люблю всякие приблуды в гараже делать. Хобби такое.

Можно проволоку намазать любым маслом и не надо обводить карандашом очертания пилы или другого инструмента. Хорошая работа👍, спасибо за видеоурок!

Hi i am currently trying to build this table saw but i am having issues with the trunnions. Do you have any advise ? Could you possibly make a video on the device you used to make them ?

Excellent! Well thought out, well designed, and clearly videoed. One small criticism; screws into the edges of plywood is bad practice. The ply is inclined to delaminate, and release the screws. Solution; bore a larger hole, and glue in a solid wood plug, and then screw into that. The last thing you want, is the assembly disassembling itself during use! 😊👍

Are there any plan available? I know that the type of circular saw used will effect the details but a parts list & some necessary dimensions would be a huge help
