I like the blinkers from the cheap one they have better sequential but I think because it’s slower , tst abit fast , but brake light wise tst no brainer way better

hey, i have a 2022 mt07 and i bought from aliexpress this cheap Tail Light 38$, and i I did not realize that it is for the prev models 2014-2020, do you think it is possible to adapt the cables to the connectors of the new 21-22 yamaha? thanks and sorry for my bad english lol.

Yes, it would probably work. You just have to cut the plug off and wire it directly to the bike. Does it physically fit in that year model bike?

Those are two totally different shaped lights. I'm surprised it fits. Mine came with the raw harness and I was able to plug the wires in to it. Hey man I have the same Ali express tail light and when I turn the key the blinkers work fine but when I press the ignition and the engine is working the blinkers don’t work.(the brake light and day light works normally). Do you know any solution for that ?

How do you have the blinkers wired up? Did you use just the positive of each side? The stock turn signals have a positive and the negative. With the AliExpress tail light, you don’t use the negative that’s on the bike for the blinkers. You just tape it off.

Yeah, that TST is way brighter than the Ali Express one! I have their front turn signals too. One of them had an LED go out. I emailed the company and they sent me a whole new set. Badass huh!!

Can i get some help here? I bought the same light and still dont know if i have to connect the positive for the blinkers and cant see properly on the vid.

Sure buddy. With the turn signals your stock have a positive and a negative. The tail light also has a negative. You don’t use the negative from the blinker wiring on the bike, just the positive. I just cut the negative and taped it off. The circuit ends up using the negative from the tail light for the blinkers. From there it’s just a matter of figuring out which positive from the bike goes to which positive on the turn signals inside the tail light.

You could always just not hook up the wire that lights up the middle. The problem is it’s the only brake light. The outside won’t get brighter when you pull the brakes

I could use some help if anyone can Just bought an eBay special came with the 3 pin plug for the brake light plugged it in and that works fine Then the indicator came as two yellow wires so I had to strip the bike wires to connect, went to connect the wires and nothings working Any help much appreciated

Nothing is working at all? or just the turn signals are not working? You have to make sure the ground wire for the tail light is hooked up in order for the turn signals to work. You also have to have the hyperflasher in or the signal won't light up because the Oem blinks it too fast.

@@AngryD yeah i still need to attach the right plastic cover, apparently there is this small area where it needs to go into didnt see it but its really hard to get it into it so i stopped for today. Ill continue tomorrow. I made some custom stickers but wanna wrap my bike, so waiting for those
